I/O Board replacement process

Stratasys has changed the process of replacing the I/O board for the Mojo printer. In conjunction
with this process a new version of the Mojo Service Client has been released and will be available
from the Stratasys FTP site.

This process has been updated in the Mojo Service Manual and is available on the Stratasys
Partner Zone.

Please follow the process below when replacing the I/O board:

Replacing the I/O board


1. Place the I/O board in position in the printer and using a 5/16-inch nut driver, attach the
board using 7 mounting screws.
2. Connect all the cable connectors previously removed. Make sure all connectors are fully
seated.
3. Replace back panel.
4. Reconnect power and USB cables.
5. Power ON the printer.

6. Install Mojo Controller Software (V3.0 or greater) on workstation to update the Printer
firmware.

7. Install Mojo Service Client (V1.0.1 or greater) on the workstation.

8. From the Mojo Service Client, enter the correct printer serial number in the Serial Number
New Value box.

9. From the Mojo Service Client, enter a “1” as the printer gender in the Gender New Value
box.

10. Press “Set Serial Number”


11. Cycle power to the printer and verify that the Mojo Service Client displays the entered
serial number in the Serial Number Value box.

12. Uninstall Mojo Controller Software and Mojo Service Client from the workstation.

13. Reinstall Mojo Controller Software (V3.0 or greater) on the workstation to update printer
firmware.
