INTERN TEACHER | 3RD GRADE | WOODROW WILSON ELEMENTARY | MAY 2017– PRESENT
Teach a class of 25-30 ethnically diverse students in a Title I school in South Salt Lake. Student’s diversities include
specific learning disabilities, cultural and ethnic diversities and language diversities with students between WIDA Levels
1-4. Created differentiated lessons for students of all levels. Lead small and whole group lessons and activities. Made data
led decisions about instruction and used data to help guide and adjust instruction on a regular basis.
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR | DAYBREAK ACADEMY | JULY 2016– JULY 2017
Worked closely with parents through school wide parent communication. Worked with parents, teachers and students to
find solutions to and provide support to challenging situations. Carried out administrative duties such as helping to plan
and present monthly teacher trainings, bill and collect student tuition, plan schoolwide events including holiday and
spring recitals and showcases as well as Kindergarten graduation.
