Cramer campaign raises $1.135 million in first quarter

Over $1.1 million raised in six weeks since announcing for U.S. Senate

BISMARCK, N.D. – In an outpouring of support, donors contributing to Kevin Cramer’s candidacy for the
U.S. Senate provided $1.135 million in the first quarter of 2018. This is a consolidated amount from the
total contributions of two reported sources; Cramer for U.S. Senate and Cramer Victory Fund. The
majority of donations, over 95 percent, came in the six weeks following his announcement to transition
from a House run to a campaign for the U.S. Senate. Cash on hand for the campaign as of March 31,
2018, was $1.86 million.

Campaign officials noted nearly 60 percent of donors reporting in the first quarter are based in North
Dakota demonstrating strong in-state support for the campaign.

“This election is important to North Dakota and the nation,” said Tim Rasmussen, communications
director for the campaign. “The balance of power in the U.S. Senate is at stake. Republicans have a 51
to 49 majority so one vote matters. Our supporters realize how important it is to maintain a
conservative majority in order to advance a pro-growth, pro-jobs agenda in Washington.”
