SUBJECT: ADVISORY AND QUERY ON A.O. 6 series of 2014

The DARAB and Legal Division of DARPO Zamboanga Sibugay held a

joint Levelling-Off Conference on September 1-2, 2014 at Ipil, Zamboanga
Sibugay. One of the topics discussed was DAR Administrative Order No. 06
Series of 2014 issued by the Honorable Secretary. As a consequence of the
discussion, the group decided to seek clarification thru this advisory on the
following question:

1. Can the cancellation of the registered EPs or CLOAs which underwent

thru this A.O. 6-11 then be filed as a Petition for Cancellation under A.O.
6-11?; and
2. If the answer to question no. 1 is yes, who is the proper party to act as
the petitioner under the circumstance?

Evidently, the clarification is important for our office in support of

accomplishing the targets set by the DARRO for Cancellation Cases.

In view of the foregoing and in behalf of the group, the undersigned

respectfully prays for a clarification.
