MIRACULOUS VESSELS I P. 2

I. BACKGROUND INFORMATION

1. COURSE OVERVIEW

The name of this course comes from the energy channels referred to in the Taoist and pre-Taoist
traditions by such names as the miraculous vessels, the extraordinary vessels, the psychic vessels
or channels, etc. One reason that has been given for the name of these channels is that they are
remarkable reservoirs of energy; this energy can either be drawn upon or the vessels will hold
what some traditional sources describe as virtually any amount of excess. However, the deeper
reason for the title “miraculous” comes from ancient teachings about the powers which these
channels can develop, much of this knowledge having been lost over the centuries. The ancient
Taoists and pre-Taoists used these vessels to greatly accelerate spiritual evolution, as well as to
develop various supernormal powers. Because there were abuses of these powers, the guardians
of the Taoist tradition did not reinstitute the ancient teachings after the knowledge had died out.
Through the use of S.U.N.’s star tetrahedron technology (a star tetrahedron is a three dimensional
generalization of the Star of David. It consists of two intersecting tetrahedra, one pointing up
and one pointing down. A tetrahedron is a pyramid with four equal faces, each of which is an
equilateral triangle.) a new way has been found to focus on the spiritual attributes associated
with these vessels while tapping into only those special powers that are already available in other
systems (such as clairvoyance and external projection of chi). Therefore S.U.N. has been
commissioned by Master Yü Huang, a traditional Taoist source, to reinstitute an ancient
initiatory system which makes use of these vessels.

In religious Taoism Master Yü Huang is the figure known as the Jade Emperor, the Lord of
Heaven and the chief of the gods. In the modern West many people would refer to him as a
“Master” or “Ascended Master”. Master Yü Huang has communicated that he wishes the
emphasis in the Miraculous Vessels course to be on the initiations and what they can do for
people, rather than on himself. Therefore, we have nothing to add about him beyond the fact that
he is the source of this course (together with T.K., the Tibetan master who is the originator of star
tetrahedron energy technology).

There are three primary goals of this initiatory system: (1) profound harmonization of body,
mind, and spirit (2) compassion for all sentient beings (3) oneness and “reciprocity” with nature.
Reciprocity refers to fully developing one’s ability to draw on the energies of nature for personal
and spiritual evolution as well as fully developing one’s abilities to send beneficial energies to
nature. This system contains a number of remarkable initiations for reciprocity which have
become lost, even within the Taoist tradition.

As our discussion so far would indicate, there is a significant resemblance between the
philosophy and practices of the “Miraculous Vessels” system and those of Taoism. However, we
want to emphasize that it is not actually a Taoist system, but rather comes from ancient
knowledge which preceded Taoism and which in part led to the birth of Taoism. In the Taoist
tradition this ancient knowledge is said to have originated with or been passed on by a tribal
people who settled along the shores of the Yellow River in northern China. In referring to the
shamanic origins of Taoism, we in no way mean to detract from the greatness of Lao-Tzu. Like
MIRACULOUS VESSELS I P. 3

all great geniuses, Lao-Tzu did not live in cultural isolation, but drew on the knowledge of those
who came before him. For a discussion of the shamanic origins of Taoism see The Shambhala
Guide To Taoism by Eva Wong (Shambhala Publications, Inc., Boston, Massachusetts, 1997).

We also emphasize that this course should be considered by anyone with an interest in personal
or spiritual development, not just by those interested in Taoism. Indeed, one of the reasons the
channels known as the “Miraculous Vessels” are so extraordinary is that their development
facilitates the energy work associated with many other traditions. These channels can
particularly facilitate Kabbalistic energy work and ancient Egyptian energy work.

2. A LITTLE ABOUT THE MIRACULOUS VESSELS

The following information is included for the sake of completeness. We want to emphasize that
it is not necessary to understand or remember any of this information in order to benefit from this
course. In particular, we want to emphasize that it is not necessary to know the trajectories
(pathways) of the miraculous vessels.

From the earliest times the energy channels known as the miraculous vessels have been
associated with awe and mystery. Modern acupuncturists are still finding out new things about
them. In the traditional literature there is less agreement about the functions and even the
trajectories of these eight channels than there is about the twelve regular meridians.

There is even disagreement as to why these eight vessels have the name that they do. In Chinese
they are called “Qi Jing Ba Mai”. Qi in this context means odd, strange, mysterious or
extraordinary. Jing means meridian or channels. Ba means eight and Mai means vessels. Some
believe they are “Qi” or odd primarily because they are not ruled by the law of yin and yang.
They are coupled yin with yin, yang with yang. Others believe the primary reason for the
designation “Qi” is their ability, referred to above, to act as reservoirs.

The names given to the eight miraculous vessels are the ren mai or conception vessel, du mai or
governing vessel, chong mai or penetrating vessel, dai mai or girdle vessel, yin wei mai or yin
linking vessel, yang wei mai or yang linking vessel, yin qiao mai or yin heal vessel and yang qiao
mai or yang heal vessel. For diagrams of the eight miraculous vessels see figures 1-10. These
diagrams are reproduced from an excellent technical reference entitled Extraordinary Vessels by
Kiiko Matsumoto and Stephen Birch (Paradigm Publications, Brookline, MA, 1986).

The two most important of these channels are the du mai or governing vessel and ren mai or
conception vessel. Both of these channels have acupuncture points that are independent of the
twelve regular meridians. The other six miraculous vessels do not have acupuncture points in
themselves, but do share points with the twelve regular meridians where they cross those
meridians. Some modern acupuncture theorists believe that the du mai, ren mai and dai mai are
developmentally the first vessels to appear—the first division of the fertilized ovum producing
the ren mai and du mai, the second division producing the dai mai.
MIRACULOUS VESSELS I P. 4

Among the various functions that have been classically ascribed to the miraculous vessels, there
are three that are particularly important. (1) they act as reservoirs of qi for the twelve regular
channels, filling and emptying as needed. It is common in the traditional literature for the twelve
regular meridians to be compared to rivers and the eight miraculous vessels to reservoirs. (2)
The miraculous vessels are associated with the kidneys and, because of the connection between
the kidneys and jing, they circulate jing around the body. See the next paragraph for an
explanation of the term “jing”. (3) They help circulate the way wei qi (defensive or guardian qi)
over the trunk of the body and thus play an important role in maintaining health.

The term “jing”, referred to above, is often translated as “essence”, though this does not convey
the fullness of the concept. Perhaps jing is best explained in the fuller context of seeing it as part
of the continuum of the “Three Treasures” of jing, qi and shen. Jing is the densest level of the
three. Jing can be considered the foundation of all aspects of organic life. It is with us at birth
and is associated with what we in the West describe as “constitution”. Qi represents an
intermediate level between jing and shen. Qi is commonly translated as “energy”, “vital energy”,
or “life force”. A useful way to distinguish between jing and qi is that qi is associated more with
daily movement (both external movement, such as moving our limbs, and internal movement,
such as the movement of blood) whereas jing is associated more with slower, developmental
processes. It is jing which is behind our growth from a fetus to a child to an adult and eventually
to old age and death. Ted Kaptchuk, the author of an excellent introduction to traditional
Chinese medicine entitled The Web That Has No Weaver, has described qi as “matter on the
verge of becoming energy, or energy at the point of materializing”. Shen is the most refined
level and is commonly translated as “mind” or “spirit”. It is responsible for human
consciousness.

Although the twelve regular meridians and the eight miraculous vessels have correlates in the
physical body, they are really energy channels in the etheric body. For the purposes of this
course, it is important to know that there are an analogous eight channels in the emotional body,
another analogous eight in the mental body, and still another analogous eight in the causal body.
In the rest of this course we will use the term “miraculous vessels” to refer to not only the etheric
body channels, but also the channels in the emotional, mental and causal bodies. (Note: In our
terminology the names for the first four subtle bodies, as we move from the inside out, are the
etheric, emotional, mental and causal. The etheric body interpenetrates and vitalizes the physical
body. The emotional and mental bodies, as their names imply, are associated with our feelings
and thoughts. The causal body is a more spiritually oriented body than the etheric, emotional or
mental.)
MIRACULOUS VESSELS I P. 5

II. INITIATIONS

1. OPENING THE MIRACULOUS VESSELS IN THE ETHERIC BODY, LEVEL 1.

AUTONOMOUS.
Of course, everyone has the miraculous vessels open to some extent already in their etheric body.
However this initiation significantly increases the level of opening. The purpose of this initiation
and the following three initiations are to enable the respective body to hold more and higher
vibrational energy.

2. OPENING THE MIRACULOUS VESSELS IN THE EMOTIONAL BODY, LEVEL 1.

AUTONOMOUS.
This initiation opens the miraculous vessels in the emotional body. In most people the emotional
body miraculous vessels are not at all open and must come open through meditation, energy work
or initiation.

3. OPENING THE MIRACULOUS VESSELS IN THE MENTAL BODY, LEVEL 1.

AUTONOMOUS.
This initiation opens the miraculous vessels in the mental body. In most people the mental body
miraculous vessels are not at all open and must come open through meditation, energy work or
initiation.

4. OPENING THE MIRACULOUS VESSELS IN THE CAUSAL BODY, LEVEL 1.

AUTONOMOUS.
MIRACULOUS VESSELS I P. 6

This initiation opens the miraculous vessels in the causal body. In most people the causal body
miraculous vessels are not at all open and must come open through meditation, energy work or
initiation.

5. OPENING TO NATURAL FLOW, LEVEL 1. AUTONOMOUS.

A key concept in the MV tradition (i.e. that part of the shamanic predecessor to Taoism which
gave rise to the miraculous vessels teaching) is that of “natural flow”. This term refers to the
mirroring in the microcosm (of the human body) of energy flows between different realms or
parts of the macrocosm (of nature). However, the energy flows in the human physical and subtle
bodies may not be developed to the full extent possible. By opening, strengthening, extending or
completing these flows, we can accelerate our personal and spiritual development. Many of
these flows involve interconnections between the miraculous vessels. One example of what we
mean by a flow is a closed, circular loop.

In the higher levels of this course sequence we will discuss natural flow in greater detail. For
now, we give two examples. One of the most important flows in human beings goes up the
governor vessel (at the back of the body) and down the conception vessel (at the front of the
body). This flow mirrors the flow of many natural energies which rise from the earth
heavenward and then return back to earth. Another important flow in human beings follows a
circular loop between the pineal gland and the pituitary gland. This flow mirrors the exchange of
certain energies between the sun (corresponding to the pineal gland) and the moon
(corresponding to the pituitary gland).

6. INITIATION CONNECTING THE MIRACULOUS VESSELS IN THE FOUR LOWER

BODIES. AUTONOMOUS.

This initiation connects the etheric body miraculous vessels, the emotional body miraculous
vessels, the mental body miraculous vessels and the causal body miraculous vessels. It facilitates
many of the other initiations in the Miraculous Vessel sequence, particularly those which act to
harmonize different levels of our being.

7. INITIATION STRENGTHENING THE CONNECTION BETWEEN THE ETHERIC BODY

MIRACULOUS VESSELS AND THE ETHERIC GLANDS. AUTONOMOUS.

This initiation increases the effectiveness of the Temple of the Sun initiation for the glands.
MIRACULOUS VESSELS I P. 7

8. TEMPLE OF THE SUN INITIATION FOR THE GLANDS. AUTONOMOUS.

This initiation is so named because it was originally received from devas (nature spirits)
associated with the Temple of the Sun, a non-physical center for initiation, worship, and
instruction which exists on the higher spiritual planes. We will talk more about the Temple of
the Sun in higher levels of this course sequence.

In addition to physical functions, each organ and gland of the body has metaphysical or spiritual
functions. In some cases the associated metaphysical function is obvious—for example, the
brain is a vehicle for mind. However, in most cases, the metaphysical functions of a gland or
organ are not so obvious. This initiation acts to develop one metaphysical property which all of
the glands, particularly the pineal gland, possess—namely, the ability to facilitate rainbow
mindTM. Rainbow mindTM is explained further below. The initiation also helps to develop the
following glandular properties:

Adrenal Gland: compassion

Pituitary Gland: serenity

Pineal Gland: the ability to perceive the higher spiritual planes and to anchor one’s
consciousness in those planes

Thyroid Gland: the ability to see through the illusion of space and time

9. “ELIXIR OF THE GODS” INITIATION. AUTONOMOUS.

This initiation is for an inner elixir which tonifies the etheric body and in many people fosters a
“golden glow” and sense of well-being. By “elixir” we mean not literally a liquid but rather an
energy which feels like a liquid.

10. HARMONIZING SHAKTI, LEVEL 1.

This energy can be used for yourself or others to harmonize the etheric, emotional and mental
bodies. It works primarily through utilizing the miraculous vessels in the etheric, emotional and
mental bodies.

To use the energy for yourself, run it down your arms and it will spread to wherever it is needed.
It is intention, not will power, that moves the energy. Even the smallest amount of intention will
work. However, if you loose your focus completely, the energy will turn off until you bring your
MIRACULOUS VESSELS I P. 8

attention back to running it. To use the energy for someone else, place your hands on any part of
their body and run the energy down your arms while maintaining contact with them the entire
time you are running it. A particularly good place to run the energy on someone else is their
shoulders.

It is recommended that you use this energy for yourself at least three times per week. The
amount of time the energy should be used in a particular session will vary, depending on the
person and the circumstances.

11. TAN TIEN ALIGNMENT. AUTONOMOUS.

In both Taoism and the MV tradition, the three most important human energy centers are the
lower tan tien, the middle tan tien and the upper tan tien. The lower tan tien is located 2 to 3
finger widths below the navel and between 1 to 2 inches inside the body. The middle tan tien is
located at a level about midway between the nipples. The upper tan tien is located at a level
midway between the eye brows. Development of the three tan tien centers is an integral part of
spiritual evolution in both Taoism and the MV tradition.

Each of these three centers has multiple functions. Taoism and the MV tradition view the
functioning of these centers in very similar but not identical ways. In the higher levels of this
course we will explore the nature of these centers in more detail. For now we will mention just a
couple of associations that each center has in the MV tradition. The lower tan tien is associated
with will, vitality and the circulation of energy throughout the body. The middle tan tien is
associated with love, compassion and kindness. The upper tan tien is associated with
clairvoyance and facilitating meditative states.

Just as a human being has three tan tien centers, so the earth has three analogous centers (“As
above, so below”). This initiation acts to energetically align your tan tien centers with the tan
tien centers of the earth. This alignment greatly magnifies the power of your three tan tien
centers. It also makes it easier for you to transmit certain energies that are beneficial to the earth.

12. TAN TIEN INTEGRATION. AUTONOMOUS.

This initiation helps to integrate the functioning of your three tan tien centers. This integration
accelerates both your personal and spiritual evolution and fosters a sense of well-being and
wholeness.

13. MEDITATION SHAKTI, LEVEL 1.

This initiation empowers you to do a meditation which releases from the lower tan tien a shakti
which is unusually effective in harmonizing the etheric, emotional and mental bodies.
MIRACULOUS VESSELS I P. 9

To do the meditation simply focus your attention on the lower tan tien and when your attention
wanders, gently bring it back. For the best results it is recommended that you do the meditation
at least 20 minutes per session and that you do 2-3 sessions per week. It is okay to do this
meditation as often as you want and for as long as you want within each session.

The shakti in this initiation is actually the same one that is used in initiation number 10, i.e. the
harmonizing shakti. The reason this initiation is included is that running the shakti from the tan
tien enables it to facilitate access to higher states of consciousness, particularly to rainbow
mindTM. In fact, it is useful to first use the meditation shakti before doing the rainbow
mindTM practice described later.

If you use the meditation shakti often enough, you will eventually develop the feeling when you
use it that you are meditating not just with your mind but with your whole body as well. The
ability to access this state helps you to in turn access a number of states of consciousness that are
key to mastering the MV tradition.

14. RELEASING BLOCKS TO COMPASSION. AUTONOMOUS.

This initiation helps to release etheric, emotional and mental body blocks to experiencing greater
compassion. This initiation is very transformative and may result in a lot of emotional
processing, particularly in the 2-3 weeks following the initiation.

15. RAINBOW MINDTM INITIATION, LEVEL 1.

This initiation empowers you to do a practice which facilitates the development of rainbow
mindTM. This practice is the single most important one in this course. In the MV tradition,
one is considered to be “enlightened” when one has not only accessed rainbow mindTM but
integrated it completely into the physical body.

In the MV tradition there is a strong and repeated emphasis on the fact that the state of rainbow
mindTM cannot be captured in words. Words fail to describe the extraordinary feelings that
accompany rainbow mindTM: feelings of joy and freedom, feelings that the universe is inherently
perfect. Although words can truly not capture this state, we will do our best to describe it by
discussing the five key points below. The term “rainbow mindTM” is used because many people,
whenever they begin to access this state of consciousness, see rainbow colored light. The term
rainbow mindTM is also meant to convey something of the joy and all encompassing nature of this
state.

(a) It is important to distinguish between our individual minds and rainbow mindTM, which is
universal and impersonal. (The term “rainbow mindTM” refers primarily to something which is
universal and impersonal, although the term is also used to refer to the state of mind of an
MIRACULOUS VESSELS I P. 10

individual who has accessed this universal, impersonal rainbow mindTM:) A classic analogy in
the MV tradition is that rainbow mindTM is like a clear, perfectly still lake and that our individual
thoughts are like ripples in that lake.

Those familiar with the Dzogchen teachings of Tibetan Buddhism will recognize a similarity
between rainbow mindTM and rigpa or primordial awareness. Dzogchen distinguishes between
our minds and the nature of our minds. The nature of our minds is compared to a smooth,
polished mirror and our thoughts are compared to reflections in that mirror.

(b) Rainbow mindTM is the only thing which is self-luminous and self-existent.

(c) Everything in the phenomenal world ultimately derives from rainbow mindTM. It is rainbow
mindTM which is the source of and which sustains the phenomenal world. All spiritual light in the
phenomenal world is ultimately the reflected light of rainbow mindTM.

(d) Rainbow mindTM is completely pure. To the extent that we manifest it, our individual minds
are harmonious and free of internal discord. They are also completely clear and focused.

(e) There is a sense in which it can be said that as individuals we already posses rainbow mindTM,
but that we are not aware of it. In the MV tradition, it is said that we forget rainbow mindTM
when we are born and that our purpose in life is to remember it.

Finally we note that the MV tradition sees a continuum from rainbow mindTM to subtle energy to
the physical body. Thus, the more we realize rainbow mindTM (and this realization is definitely a
process), the more control we have over our personal qi.

Now we will describe the practice associated with this initiation. The initiation empowers you to
do a meditation which facilitates the accessing of rainbow mindTM. To do the meditation,
imagine a rainbow colored beam of light coming from above your head and down into the center
of your head. By “center of the head” we refer to a region at the level of the middle of the brow
and halfway between the front and back of the head. By doing this visualization, you will bring
in the shakti which you received in this initiation. Because the shakti behaves intelligently, you
are free to vary the details of the visualization. It is not important exactly where the beam starts
above your head, how narrow or wide the beam is, etc. Also, when we describe the beam as
“rainbow colored”, it need not literally contain the exact colors of a rainbow. The important
thing is that the beam be multi-colored. Also, your visualization need not be detailed. It is okay
to see the beam in an overall way or to be aware of the colors in an overall way.

When doing this meditation, do not combine it simultaneously with any other meditations
or energy work. The frequencies of energy this meditation accesses are very transformative,
however they can be easily disrupted by the frequencies in other shaktis. It is completely okay to
do other practices before or after the rainbow mindTM meditation. It is even okay to do these
other practices immediately before or immediately after. In fact, as mentioned above, it is useful
to precede the rainbow mindTM meditation with using the meditation shakti in initiation number
thirteen.
MIRACULOUS VESSELS I P. 11

When you do this meditation, you should do it for at least twenty minutes for it to be effective.
Most people reach a point of diminishing returns after doing the meditation for about forty
minutes. Higher levels of this initiation will make it easier for you to extend the forty minute
period. For the best results, it is recommended that you do this meditation at least 3-4 times per
week.

16. “SEEDS OF ENLIGHTENMENT” INITIATION, LEVEL 1. AUTONOMOUS.

This initiation helps to clear crystallized (solidified) negative thought forms from the mental
body. The initiation makes use of energy frequencies which are associated with the accessing of
rainbow mindTM, i.e. when you access rainbow mindTM these frequencies come in spontaneously.
There is a significant feedback loop between this initiation and the rainbow mindTM meditation.
This initiation makes the rainbow mindTM meditation more effective and the more you do the
rainbow mindTM meditation the more effective this initiation becomes.

17. DNA INITIATION, LEVEL 1. AUTONMOUS.

This initiation makes it easier for the frequencies associated with rainbow mindTM to move down
to the cellular level. The DNA strands act as subtle energy antennas, pulling in many frequencies
of subtle energy. This initiation works by strengthening this natural capacity of DNA with
respect to the frequencies associated with rainbow mindTM. This initiation makes it easier for you
to access rainbow mindTM and to bring rainbow mindTM down into the body.
MIRACULOUS VESSELS I P. 12

DESCRIPTION OF MIRACULOUS VESSELS II

The Miraculous Vessels II is a one day course and costs $150. In order for there to be enough
time for the initiations in the first level of the Miraculous Vessels to integrate into the subtle
bodies, you must wait at least 30 days between taking the first level of the Miraculous
Vessels and taking the second level. If a minimum of 30 days has not passed, then the
second level initiations will not even go into the subtle bodies. The following is a list of the
initiations in level II. The activatable initiations are indicated with an *; all the other initiations
are autonomous.

1. Opening the miraculous vessels in the etheric body, level 2.

2. Opening the miraculous vessels in the emotional body, level 2.

3. Opening the miraculous vessels in the mental body, level 2.

4. Opening the miraculous vessels in the causal body, level 2.

5. Opening to natural flow, level 2.

6. Temple of the Sun initiation, level 2. This initiation continues to develop the metaphysical
properties of the glands with a particular focus on awakening the thymus gland as a center of
“natural joy”.

*7. Harmonizing shakti, level 2.

*8. Meditation shakti, level 2.

*9. Rainbow mindTM, level 2.

10. Elixir of the Sun Initiation. This initiation stimulates production of a pineal gland elixir
which promote accessing rainbow mindTM and the development of “spiritual clairvoyance”, i.e.
clairvoyance together with the spiritual wisdom to use it appropriately.

11. Elixir of the Moon Initiation. This initiation stimulates production of a pituitary gland elixir
which promote accessing rainbow mindTM and the development of “spiritual clairvoyance”, i.e.
clairvoyance together with the spiritual wisdom to use it appropriately.

Doing the major spiritual practices of either the Taoist or MV tradition will over time result in
the restructuring of the three tan tien centers in the subtle bodies. The following three initiations
markedly accelerate this restructuring, thereby significantly accelerating both personal and
spiritual evolution.

12. Restructuring of the lower tan tien center.

MIRACULOUS VESSELS I P. 13

DESCRIPTION OF MIRACULOUS VESSELS II

13. Restructuring of the middle tan tien center.

14. Restructuring of the upper tan tien center.

15. Emotional body harmonization. Acts as a soothing balm for the emotional body.

16. Mental body harmonization. Acts as a soothing balm for the mental body.

*17. Opening the “Door of Life”. Both the Taoist and MV traditions describe a primary energy
center located at acupuncture point GO-4, ming-men or “Door of Life”. (GO is an abbreviation
for “governing”). The ming-men is located at the back of the body slightly above the level of the
navel.

In different Taoist schools this center is described variously as the root of the twelve regular
meridians, the focal point at which the energies of earth-person-heaven meet, the point at which
“no form” first manifests as form in the phenomenal world. As important as this center is
considered in the Taoist tradition, it is considered even more important in the MV tradition.

In the MV tradition it is described as the point at which rainbow mindTM enters the human body
at conception and in adults is the master center for eventually realizing the complete integration
of rainbow mindTM in the body. The ming-men is the microcosmic manifestation in human
beings of the original point of creation from which the universe sprang. (In modern terms, it is
analogous to the singular point which gave rise to the big bang and the creation of the universe).

This activatable initiation greatly facilitates the integration of rainbow mindTM throughout the
body at all levels, from the macroscopic level down to the cell and even down to the DNA. It can
be used at any time, but it is best activated after doing the rainbow mindTM meditation.
MIRACULOUS VESSELS I P. 14

LIST OF INITIATIONS IN THE FIRST LEVEL OF THE MIRACULOUS VESSELS

Initiations preceded by an * are activatable; all the other initiations are autonomous (self-activating).

1. Opening the Miraculous Vessels in the Etheric Body, Level 1. The purpose of this initiation and the
next 3 are to enable the respective subtle body to hold more and higher vibrational energy.

2. Opening the Miraculous Vessels in the Emotional Body, Level 1.

3. Opening the Miraculous Vessels in the Mental Body, Level 1.

4. Opening the Miraculous Vessels in the Causal Body, Level 1.

5. Opening to Natural Flow, Level 1. The energy flows in a human being mirror the energy flows in
nature. By opening, strengthening, extending or completing these flows, we can accelerate our personal
and spiritual development.

6. Initiation Connecting the Miraculous Vessels in the Etheric, Emotional, Mental and Causal Bodies.

7. Initiation Strengthening the Connection Between the Etheric Body Miraculous Vessels and the Etheric
Glands.

8. The “Temple of the Sun” initiation, which greatly magnifies the spiritual powers of all the glands.

9. The “Elixir of the Gods” initiation for an inner elixir which tonifies the etheric body and in many
people fosters a “golden glow’ and sense of well being (the etheric body interpenetrates and vitalizes the
physical body).

*10. Harmonizing Shakti, level 1. This energy can be used for yourself or others to harmonize the
etheric, emotional and mental bodies.

11. Tan Tien Alignment. Magnifyies the power of your tan tien centers through aligning them with the
corresponding centers in planet earth (in both Taoism and the MV tradition these three centers are
considered the most important and are located in the areas of the brow, the middle of the chest, and the
lower abdomen).

12. Tan Tien Integration. Integrates the functioning of your three tan tien centers, thereby accelerating
both your personal and spiritual evolution and fostering a sense of well-being and wholeness.

*13. Meditation Shakti, level 1. Empowers you to do a meditation which releases from the lower tan tien
a shakti (a spiritual energy which behaves intelligently) which is unusually effective in harmonizing the
etheric, emotional and mental bodies. When you use this shakti, you feel as though you were meditating
with your whole body and not just your mind.

14. Releasing Blocks to Compassion. Helps to release etheric, emotional and mental body blocks to
experiencing greater compassion.

*15. Rainbow MindTM Initiation, level 1.
