Every FEEDMAX loader leaving our factory is diligently tested and insepected for its func-
tions and impeccable condition.
In cases of questions, our service department is at your disposal.

This unit is marked according to the European regulations 2006/42/EG for machinery.

Determine conveying parameters

Set mixing ratio resin-air (material load)
- Set vacuum take-off adapter or conveying wand to a high air content.
- Set the vacuum loader to a short conveying time (10 seconds).
1 - Incrementally decrease the air content. With decreasing air the material load increases,
the conveyed material volume per time.
- Should the material flow in the pipe or hose start to pulse, the air content is too low. In-
crease again the air content until a uniform resin conveying is reached.
- The ideal case is a uniform resin conveying with high material load.

Set conveying time

- Start to set the mixing ratio resin-air.
- Increase incrementally the conveying time. After each conveying cycle check the filling

 What to do with ... Safety remarks

Never… o Use the device never for other purposes than sepcifically indicated.
Are all parameters properly set? o Never change the device in its workings or features.
● Air escapes from the material line Check the direction of the blower. The loader works
with a right hand turning filed.
Installation o Below freezing point damages might occur.
o Follow strictly all safety instructions of connected options and units .
● Conveying cycles failed Turn the unit off and on again. Connection o Have the device connected properly to AC power outlet socket, as
otherwise a safe operation is not given.
● If a failure cannot be remedied or a repair is required:
- Stop conveying
o Only use earth leadage circuit breaker with this tag:
o Power connector and socket must fit together.

- Disconnect power o Do not use distributor outlets or connectors.

- Disconnect compressed air o Do not touch connector with moist hands.
