Shiv Darshan Aghori Mantra Saadhna

"My Dear Lord, I am alive by your grace. Every breath that I take belongs to you. What can I offer to you
when everything that is mine has been given by you "

These are the thoughts of every Shiv bhakt. Every Shiv bhakt wants to do a lot for his Lord and carries the
dream that one day He or She will receive the Lord's blessing.

This year, Mahashivratri is falling on 13th February, and it is a very auspicious time to get Lord Shiva's
blessings through bhakti ( devotion), seva ( servitude) or Mantra jap. This Mahashivratri, leave some of
the bad habits that you've been carrying uptill now, like drinking alcohol, smoking cigarettes, eating
meat, or even chewing tobacco. Every Shiv bhakt should learn to sacrifice, and anyone who leaves his
bad habits and follows the bhakti path of Shiva always receives His blessings.

A lot of aghoris stay intoxicated and say things like " I'm this - I'm that- I can do this- I can do that". You
should know that these people are not real aghoris, they are fakes and they don't know anything except
staying intoxicated. I've seen aghoris that do not take intoxicants and I've also seen aghoris who can
drink huge quantities of alcohol and still not get drunk. A real shiv bhakt only knows one thing -

Only a devotee can understand the intoxicantation of devotion,

No one else can understand intoxication.

That's why I'm saying, this year get intoxicated with the love of lord but leave other intoxicants like
alcohol and cigarettes. And if you've been doing so uptill now, stop. Only then you will be seen as a true
shiv bhakt. If you, then you are no different from the fake bhakts of God who have to beg Him for
everything while the real ones get everything from Him without asking.

There have been a lot of Granths written about Lord Shiva, including the Shiv puran, but it was Ravana
who taught people how to impress Him. He understood that Maa Sati had to give up her life before she
could get a permanent place beside the Lord. So even he was ready to cut off his head and tribute it to
Him, but he was stopped by Shiva who rewarded him with the Atma-lingam.

Learn how to sacrifice from ravana, and leave intoxicants. You won't die, I assure you.
My work was to advise, and that is done. Those who have wisdom will follow what has been said.
Keeping that in mind, I'm giving a mantra has no double. This was given to be by an aghori baba, it is
used for a lot of purposes, but only giving the vidhi to get blessing of the lord, nothing else.

Don't eat at night on mahashivratri, eat before the sunset. Light a cow ghee lamp/diya in front of a
Shivling or a photo of Lord Shiva, and stare into its flame continously while chanting the mantra for 3
hours. If done with diligence, then Darshan of the lord is definitely possible. Begin after 9:30 pm anytime
but before 12 am. The asan and clothes can be of any colour but the direction has to be North. Darshan
of lord Shiv is definitely possible inside the flame of the lamp. Don't think there will be a pratyaksh
darshan, that is only possible through very difficult austerities. You can light Dhoop batti but take care
that the room does not get filled with smoke or your eyes will start to tear. Keep your eyes open as much
as you can as you need to do tratak while staring into the flame.

Mantra

" ।। बम बम भभोलल,अघभोर गगौरर पररबतत,शशिवजत ककवररर ससंग रहल ।।

" Bum Bum Bhole, Aghor Goura Parbati, Shivji Kunwara Sang Rahe"

There are only words in this mantra, but it is very powerful. If you feel hot during the chant, it would be
better to get up rather than forcefully trying to complete the saadhna.
