CANCHA PARA FUTBOL 7 PARA PRACTICAS DEPORTIVAS DE LOS ESTUDIANTES DE LA U.A.G.R.M.” firmando un Contrato Administrative N2 4121/2013, para la prestacién de Servicios de Supervisién Técnica, el cual se dio la Orden de Proceder el 12 de noviembre del 2013. Por tal motivo, mi persona como responsable de la supervisién de dicha construccién aprueba y Solicita a su autoridad la CANCELACION DE PAGO DE PLANILLA N¢ 1 DE AVANCE DE LA ‘SUPERVISION TECNICA con un porcentaje de avance de 3.11 %. La CANCELACION DE SERVICIOS es del period 12/11/2013 al 30/11/2013 el porcentaje a cancelarse por avance de supervisién es 3.11 % y segin planilla NP 1 el monto seria de 2,861,20 Bs, (DOS MIL OCHOCIENTOS SESENTA Y UNO MIL CON 20/100 BOLIVIANOS) _y por tal motivo se hace llegar a usted el informe de la Supervisién de la Obra “CONSTRUCCION 2DA.
