TO RESET HEARING

COMES NOW, the accused through the undersigned

counsel and unto the Honorable Court, most respectfully and
states that:

1. The hearing on the pending mtion for hospital arrest was

set on October 26, 2016 but was reset to November 8, 2016;

2. Unfortunately, the undersigned counsel has to undergo

dialysis on that hence, hence this URGENT EXPARTE MOTION
TO RESET HEARING;

3. This motion is not intended for any ill motives

whatsoever.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, it is most

respectfully requested that the hearing on the said motion be
reset to December 13, 2016 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning or at
the convenience of the Honorable Court.
