The Brainiac

Your assignment is to choose one of the areas of the brain that we are studying and create a
BRAINIAC, which is a superhero or villain. The Brainiac’s powers should be an over-
exaggeration of job of the area of the brain which you have selected. Think about a creative way
in which you can display this superhero’s capabilities.

Present your superhero by creating:


• A visual representation in the form of a—comic, poster, a costume for yourself or a
figurine, or make a sculpture.
• The visual representation must meet the requirements listed in the rubric below.

Prepare a short presentation for a small group:


• You will need to explain your Brainiac to a group of your peers and describe the powers of
the character.
• The presentation must meet the requirements listed in the rubric below.
