forgot about nerves and their benefits as well the wide range of methods prescribed to
make our pranic flow easy and spiritual.
We concentrated more on postures and claimed to do

5. Micro
May be I don’t have knowledge. But in the process we forgot our nerves system
activating yoga techniques.Sound system best activates our brain nerves.These all the
above postures as well activate our brain nerves.
That I mentioned in massaging the head.
Anuloma vilama pranayam is also known as nadi sudhi pranayam.
The above postures should be practiced 3- 5 minutes each side and anu loma vilama
for at least half an hour.
That time our body should be toxin free to derive best result.
