DEED OF ADJUDICATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT we, NORMAN CRUZ, single, and TERESITA CRUZ, single, both of legal
age, Filipino Citizens and residents of Blk 12 Brgy. Benedicto Jaro, Iloilo City.

WITNESSETH:

THAT we are the surviving legitimate children and sole heirs of the late MAXIMO
CRUZ AND OLIVIA CRUZ who died on June 25, 2002 and December 29, 2002 in Iloilo
City.

THAT said deceased, at the time of their death, left a certain parcel of
land, particularly described and bounded as follows, to wit:

ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 09876

“A parcel of land (Lot No. 1036, Blk 12 situated in Brgy. Benedicto, Municipality of Jaro,
Province of Iloilo, Philippines bounded on NE., point 4-1 by Road Lot 1037, Bounded on
the SE., along Line 2-3 by Lot 1039, Blk. 10 on the SW., along line 526 by Lot 1040 to
the point of beginning, containing an area of Three Hundred Seven (307) square
meters, more or less”

THAT at the time of their death, they left no will nor known debts;

WHEREFORE pursuant to Section 1 of Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court of

the Philippines, and we being all of age and with full capacity to contract, we do hereby
ADJUDICATE unto ourselves EQUALLY the above-described parcel of land.

IN WITNESSS WHEREOF, we have hereunto signed this AGREEMENT, this 2nd

day of October 2003 in the City of Iloilo, Philippines.
