INTERVENCION POLICIAL

An intervention by the National Police ended with a complaint of abuse in

the district of Paiján, province of Ascope, department of La Libertad. The
case was exposed on Facebook and users do not stop commenting.
According to Ozono Televisión, Charly Noel Ramos Lulichac denounced a
police officer for having passed the tires on his feet during an intervention.
A law enforcement officer intervened the Ramos unit because it had a
different color and characteristics than the property card indicated.
Therefore, he was asked to go to the police station.
In the images posted on Facebook, one can see how the citizen refuses to
obey the police order and asks -even prays- for the cash to return the
documents. It remains firmly in place until the controversial scene occurs.
The policeman begins to advance his vehicle and supposedly runs over the
intervened one, because he falls to the track and sends heartbreaking cries.
The way man reacted has sown doubts among those who have seen the
incident.
For its part, the cash has been defended saying that there was an obstruction
to their work and relied on the images that are posted on Facebook.

Una intervención de la Policía Nacional acabó con un denuncia por abuso en

el distrito de Paiján, provincia de Ascope, departamento de La Libertad. El
caso fue expuesto en Facebook y los usuarios no paran de comentar.
Según publica Ozono Televisión, Charly Noel Ramos Lulichac denunció a
un efectivo policial por haberle pasado las llantas sobre sus pies durante una
intervención.
Un agente del orden intervino la unidad de Ramos porque tenía un color y
características diferentes a lo que indicaba la tarjeta de propiedad. Por eso,
se le pidió que acuda a la comisaría.
En las imágenes colgadas en Facebook se aprecia cómo el ciudadano se
niega a obedecer la orden policial y pide -incluso ruega- que el efectivo
devuelva los documentos. Se mantiene firme en su lugar hasta que se
produce la escena polémica.
El policía comienza a avanzar su vehículo y supuestamente atropella al
intervenido, pues este cae a la pista y lanza gritos desgarradores. La forma
cómo reaccionó el hombre ha sembrado las dudas entre los que han visto el
incidente.
Por su lado, el efectivo se ha defendido diciendo que hubo una obstrucción
a su labor y se apoyó en las imágenes que están colgadas en Facebook.
