In the survey that we have conducted, we have chosen 25 random students of Philippine
Normal University. There are 15 questions in total in which they could answer or voice out there
opinions by encircling their chosen answers. The choices are Strongly Disagree, Disagree,
Neutral, Agree and Strongly Agree. We have also decided not to show their names as to protect
their identity and privacy per the suggestion of the respondents.

In Item no.1, there are 8 respondents who agreed, 2 who disagreed and 15 are neutral. It
seems that there are times, that some programs are not announced in advance and are announced
either the day of the program or the in the afternoon of the day before the program which made
them unable to cancel their previous appointments or plans. In Item no.2, there are 2 respondents
who agreed, 18 respondents who disagreed and 5 are neutral. Most of the respondents stated that
most of the school programs do not start on time. In Item no.3, there are 12 respondents who
agreed, 6 who disagreed and 7 are neutral. Most of the students agreed that the attendance is
highly monitored especially the Time In and the Time Out. For item no. 4, there are 4 respondents
who agreed and 21 disagreed that students are allowed to exit the premises of the school during
the program. As for item no. 5, there are 12 respondents who strongly agreed and 13 who agreed
that the program was conducted peacefully and meaningfully.

In item no.6, there are 19 respondents who agreed and 6 are neutral that the conduct of the
program meets the expectations of the students and in item no.7, there are 22 respondents who
strongly agreed and 3 who agreed that the safety of the students during the program is highly
monitored. In item no.8, 16 respondents agreed, 5 disagreed and 4 are neutral that all students are
allowed to participate in the activities of the program. In item no.9, there are 8 respondents who
agreed and 17 who disagreed that there are enough seat for the students during the program and in
item no.10, 23 respondents agreed and 2 disagreed that the speakers are not too loud or too soft.

In item no.11, there are 8 respondents who agreed, 14 disagreed and 3 are neutral the
microphones are working well and could be heard at the back part of the hall and in item no.12,
there are 23 respondents who agreed and 2 are neutral that the contents of the program highlights
the students’ interests. In item no.13, 14 respondents agreed and 11 disagreed that the SG council
are supportive and approachable during the program, in item no.14, 7 respondents strongly
agreed, 2 agreed, and 16 disagreed that the program do not hinder the making of FLA’s or other
requirements and in item no.15, 12 respondents strongly agreed and 13 agreed that the program
somehow relieves the students of the tension, pressure and stress in studying or from the
requirements that are needed to be submitted.

The results states that the conduct of the program is successful yet there are just some areas or
parts of implementing the program that are needed to be revised or to be monitored such as the
need to see if there are enough seats for the students or if the microphones are functioning well so
as the students in the back could still hear the speakers who are giving speeches or messages in
the front.

The people responsible for checking the attendance should also monitor the students who
would exit the school premises after taking his/her attendance before the program could even start
and the facilitators should also see to it the necessary measures which includes the decorations,
microphones, etc. are already done the day before the program so that the program could start on
time.
