mr CARLA ROYO-VILLANOVA LA SENCILLEZ DEL SABER ESTAR La educacién y el respeto exigen un comportamiento exactamente igual entre jefes y secretarias, subordinados, empleados de almacén, directivos; el cargo que tengamos en la oficina no debe imponerse a la educacién. Todas las mananas debemos dar los buenos dias, y despedirnos al terminar la jornada. Pero no solo a nuestros superiores, sino a todo el que encontremos a nuestro paso. Si somos amables con los demas, no gritamos, ni estamos siempre despotricando del vecino, haremos que la vida en la oficina y el trato con nuestros colegas sea maravilloso. Cuando tengamos que exponer quejas, lo haremos sin resentimiento, con mucha suavidad y educacién, tanto si van dirigidas al jefe como a los subordinados; incluso con mas tacto y sensibilidad si van contra un subordinado. Debemos saber que las quejas pueden causar diferentes tipos de reacciones: lloros, gritos, lamentos, discusiones, y hemos de estar preparados para encontrarnos con cualquier actitud. Por eso también es muy importante que presentemos la queja de forma discreta, jamas a voces para que se entere todo el mundo. Como en los demas aspectos de la vida, hay que saber elegir el lugar adecuado y el momento perfecto.
