LIFE IN THE FUTURE

It is believed that gadget design will continue to develop in the following years and that more money will
be spent by consumers eager to acquire all sorts of strange devices.
Big advances were seen in technology in the Eighties, which

Can be bought in the Street, like pocket and watch computers, calculators, portable stereo units, car and' mobile
telephones, etc.
By the next century, however, these gadgets will be considered old-fashioned.
Tomorrow's gadgets will have to be mobile, easy to use, compact and attractive to look at.
And what about the next century car? It must be understood that
environmental problems will influence the car design of the futuro. A car with three wheels instead of four,
electrically powered, environmentally clean, and able to drive itself along 'intelligent' roads
may be seen in advance. This vision of the future car
was base on a much more sophisticated road system with power-recharging facilities for the cars built
into the roads. Drivers won´t be needed anymore. They
will be replaced by computers which will provide safe driving control and route finding. All you will have to do is
say where to go and the rest will be do by the Computer.
The technology already exists for the car to become a true automobile.
