I had the pleasure of working with Brianna Peralta when she participated in our Company’s summer internship
program from May to August 2017. She worked as a Social Media Intern, providing direct support to the
corporate team of seven professionals who are responsible for setting and implementing the Company’s global
social media strategy across 94 markets; managing the global corporate social channels; and supporting the
Company’s global network of independent distributors as they leverage social media to build their businesses.

I was continuously impressed with Brianna’s attitude, skill set and productivity during her internship. We work
in a fast-paced environment where priorities and direction can shift last-minute, and Brianna was extremely
flexible in adapting to these changes, which often meant her responsibilities changed as well. She always
maintained a positive attitude and really presented herself in a professional manner. Brianna is also highly
motivated and proactively sought out opportunities to further support the team and grow her skill set. She
was also comfortable with contributing ideas during team meetings and brainstorms, which often provided my
team with alternate ways of approaching specific projects.

Brianna is a quick learner and demonstrated a keen ability to quickly understand complex projects and work
independently. During her internship, she provided support for a highly visible and priority project within the
Company – a new, custom-built social media management tool for our independent distributors. She was
instrumental in preparing for the North American launch by assisting with content development, identifying
best practices, and conducting quality assurance testing.

From a technical standpoint, I was extremely impressed with Brianna’s knowledge of social platforms, content
development, and the use of software such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign and After Effects. My team
leaned heavily on her skill set in these areas, and as such, Brianna shared in the responsibility of planning,
creating and publishing key social media content on the corporate channels – all with minimal supervision.

I’ve worked with quite a few interns in my professional career, and I have a unique perspective as a part-time
college professor. I can confidently say that Brianna was one of the most outstanding interns I’ve come across.
With her positive attitude and motivation combined with her solid communication skills and technical
expertise, I have no doubt she will be a valuable contributor to any organization.
