Dear Ms. Stover:

This acknowledges receipt of your January 2, 2018 follow up letter regarding attorney
Mark Kahrs. You report in the letter that your complaint is also with attorney, Ryan
Hodge. You point out your belief that he is "just as guilty" as Mr. Karhs. .

I informed you by letter of January 3, 2018 that I was not able to determine from a review
of your letter what your specific allegations of misconduct were with Mr. Kahrs. You were
provided with a copy of a disciplinary complaint form. It is noted on the form that a
separate complaint should be filled out for each attorney with whom you have a
complaint. The facts should only describe the conduct of the named attorney that you
believe violated the rules of professional conduct.

. We are not a substitute for the court. We will not intervene in a matter relating to a
disputed debt. No action is being taken on the matter at this time. Once again, I am
enclosing a copy of a disciplinary complaint form that can be filled out and returned to
this office for an assessment of facts considering the Kansas Rules of Professional
Conduct. . .
