WORKSHOP: HOW TO MAKE MINCE PIES

What are mince pies?

What is mincemeat made of?

The following activities are based on the video How to make traditional mince pies
(http://www.videojug.com/film/how-to-make-traditional-mince-pies) and it could be as
delicious as educative, especially at Christmas time.

1. Look at the picture. Tick the ingredients you can see on the picture:

1. Roll the pastry


2. Cut out the pastry cups
3. Place in the bun tin
4. Fill with mincemeat
5. Sprinkle the surface with flour
6. Put water
7. Brush with egg
8. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes
