BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WHAT YOU AIM TO ACHIEVE BY YOUR STUDY

1: First, we will conduct an investigation and analysis of the current main characteristics (including
organizational structure and management) of SMEs in China and the status quo of development and
give an overview.

2: Second, analysis of SME development environment, and the development of strategic direction.

3: Finally, the problems existing in SME management system are put forward, and some
countermeasures and suggestions are given.

Qualitative research topics

First of all, we will make a qualitative overview of the target problem and then design the research
direction according to the environment and strategy. Finally, we need to clarify the target problem and
give the result.

JUSTIFICATIONS FOR THE RESEARCH

Enterprise development strategy is a long-term development and improve their competitiveness of an

overall, long-term, the overall strategic plan, the implementation of its strategy requires the
implementation of the appropriate management system, so the development strategy of SMEs and
management system on the development of enterprises and the improvement of economic benefits is
of crucial importance. On the other hand, the development status and management of SMEs in China
are generally problematic. To a certain extent, the development of SMEs determines the level of
China's economic development. Therefore, it is of great value and significance to explore existing
problems and give suggestions.
