How To Pay
Please pay for your IELTS test using one of the methods below.

Payment Methods
Please note that from 1st January 2018, IELTS registration fee will be
18,250 NPR.
Registration & Payment for IELTS is very easy now and you can do this from
your nearby Nabil bank now. No extra hassle of traveling from your home to
submit the payment.
Payment option in Nabil Bank

Visit to you nearest Nabil Bank's branches in our test locations

(Kathmandu,Pokhara, Butwal, Chitwan, Biratnagar, and Nepalgunj, Bhairhawa)
& follow the below steps :
Step 1: Please fill up the correct deposit slip.

Step 2: Once you have filled the deposit slip please check that the details that
you have filled are correct. Incomplete deposit slips will not be accepted.

Step 3: Deposit the money along with the deposit slip at the payment collection
counter.

Step 4: The bank will give you back a copy (client copy) of the deposit slip.You
need to scan the deposit slip along with the copy of your passport and send this
to payment@britishcouncil.org. If you do not receive the scan copy of the
deposit slip, your test will be cancelled.

Step 5: Once British Council has received the deposit slip (step 4) you will
receive an email confirming that payment is received and that your test date is
confirmed. Confirmation of test venue will be provided 5 days before the test
date by email to the email address provided at the time of registration.

You can also make your payment at the cash counter of British Council in
Lainchaur (opening hours: 9:00 to 2:00 Monday to Friday, lunch break:
12:30 – 1:15). If you are making the payment at our office counter, make sure
that you submit the copy of payment slip at Customer Services Desk for
confirmed registration.

You can make your payments through any of the institutions registered with
British Council for IELTS registration such as members of ECAN, IERIN,
FECON, EEC-Nepal, Dolphin Education Consultancy, Pradhan International,
Vivid Care Services, RTC English, English for All & Orbit Medical Entrance PVT
LTD.
