participants is given by the fact that a new or revision to the IRC Codes (IRS) has been added
that says 'persons' in any use (corpoate or natural person) does not exempt anyone from
paying taxes. Well that might be true, but those Codes do not and never did appy to the
national in the first place, as they are tax non-obligated. So, you see how they do this, many
might say they are 'natural persons' as opposed to corporate person, but they still somehow
think they are subject to the private corporation rules, codes, statutes, etc. AND if they have
not claimed their nationality, then they are stateless and those codes may in fact apply to
them. This is where Article VI of the American National Constitution comes in, wherein it says
the states can establish their own codes, ordinances and whatever they call law, but the
moment they establish anything that violates the American National Constituyion (the
Supreme Law of the land as scribed in the constitution itself) then that code, statute,
ordinance has no standing. So they are not even talking about you, yet you suffer to think so,
thus you act from that position. The corporations, feigning as government, hididng behind a
state, saying they speak for a state, also try to utilize Amendment IX and 10, wherein they (the
corporate states) say whatever is not in the consitution is reserved for them - the state, well
isn't that interseting because that woudl mean ONLY for those who are membvers /citizens of
the state. That is why Amendment Ix and X is there to protect you - the people, however if you
are in a frame of mind that you are a member of the formed states, then you might buy that
deception regarding the reservation of the states, and they bank on the fact that you do not
know the difference, yet it screams at you to be true that it DOES NOT apply to you. We were
all told to enforce the American National Constitution and upon study and review, anyone can
see why.

About 'Real' Identification

We have received emails and correspondences from those who are under the impression that the Allodial National
Identification card offered on the site is NOT 'real' because it is NOT a membership card from a club, association,
Temple or some other secret society or organization, as if it must be in order for it to be 'real'. R.V. Bey Publications
is NOT a Temple, Club or Association and R.V. Bey DOES NOT take memberships nor do they 'nationalize' anyone
because nationalization doesn't really exist if it is not being done in your mind first by being clear yourself --
Declaring -- (if you do nothing else). Then you proclaim (put in print / publish). This mis-informed information
appears to have the purpose and intent to confuse those who don't know or don't study, into thinking they can only be
who they are, a Moor American National or Moorish American National (same thing) if they come from a club
association. It is possible that some of those groups that say these things have made some feigned agreement with
foreigners not to recognize or accept cards unless they come from their club, or their association, etc., and this is
really out to lunch because clearly they must think the foreign european corporations or government entities have

cannot make treaty agreements with you or anyone. Therefore, those who think they are making agreements
against their own brethren, need to (wake up) and do some re-con to recognize they are selling themselves and the

Library, would you ask the Library if it was alright for you to have another membership card or identificaiton card from
somewhere else? Also, some have said you would not be able to get the Truth A1 documents if you don't get a card
from some specific location, which in that case was specifically identified as the Clocks of Destiny Masonic Order.

permananet charater in law, (are you?). However, 'getting those documents' are not contingent upon your

Mandatory Public Notice In Regards To SSN and IRS Withholding

Many, or some of us have heard that the W-4 withholding is voluntary and even though we have stated this, and
many others have, – it has gone unnoticed and unheard. Maybe because we have not read or seen any
documented proof (athough on the "About Taxes" page there is a wealth of substantiated information). Still our
conditioning, and lack of study, has it so that we are not aware of how unconstitutional it is for anyone to demand that
one MUST participate and make either SSN or IRS deductions. This is in accordance with the American
Constitution of 1791, which is the law of the Land, for all entities, associations, corporations, etc., established upon
the land.

Constitutionally, withholding of anyone’s compensation for exchange of their energy is in fact unconstitutional as the
tax is imposed on the energy of the People, and it is an unconstitutional action for any corporation on record as NOT
even being an agency of the federal government. .......

YOU ARE A MOOR BY BIRTH AND BLOODLINE
- Not By Membership or Not!!

We have received emails and concerns regarding people who say one cannot be
a Moor UNLESS they come through a Temple as a member. We trust to put that
to bed in one paragraph, as it is a MOST ABSURD statement which proves
a desire to own and / or control others, and proves the existence of mental
slavery if another believes it and acts upon it as truth. You are born a Moor, as a
matter of blood line, lineage and heritage, thus birthrights - not Temple rights.
Simple: Prophet Noble Drew Ali himself was a Moor prior to establishing any
Temple. So such statements show and prove themselves, if you would just get
to thinking and studying, which really are the same thing in many ways. If
these people are talking about an agreement made AFTER he left the scene,
then what would that be, as his instructions were clear for us to all live in peace
and not be molested. Until they enforce the American National Constitution for
Nationals, as instructed, then they have not done what was directed of them.
Therefore, there is no need to make up anything new in a effort to bring unity
and peace, the agreement has already been made. Most of us know that most
of the Moors, unfortunately and sadly do not enforce the American National
Constitution for Nationals, (they don't know the difference between a state's
constitution, their Membership By-Laws and Constitution and THE National
Constitution). Until they get to knowing and acting upon that, anything else
would be treason on their part, even as a Moor. We recognize fraud and so
ought you.

Even more sinister and unveiling is that those who say these things are probably working with the foreigners through
their corporate county. You ought not be registering, you ought to be Declaring and Proclaiming, as instructed by Prophet
Noble Drew Ali. Why else would they say something like that? OR, they just have no ability to be fearless, independent
and upright Moors, of which they would have to be lacking those qualities to even make a statement like that or an
agreement like that with foreigners to keep the aboriginal and indigenous natives (Moors) under their jurisdiction. So be
careful Moors, some of your own will put you back into slavery. The last reason for these statements and actions of so-
called leaders is that they prove lack of study, as they were instructed and obligated to do, many of them think you are a
U.S.A. citizen and that is absolute proof of one or all of the above reasons. Be sure to read the Magistrate and Subject
relationship - Chapter 29, the Sheiks are chosen by you, the member and considered a favorite amongst his equals, which

was established at our authority, for the purpose of bringing Peace, Law and Order to the land for
EVERYBODY! The unshakable ancient divine principles of government are imbued in it and it is the
longest standing constitution on planet earth, present day. and is why Prophet Noble Drew Ali said to answer
up to and enforce the American National Constitution for Nationals mmm..... The principles of Love,
Truth, Peace, Freedom and Justice are embedded at its foundation, and in its preamble, and are the
principles for ALL Nations of the earth. Put yourself on a solid rock of foundation by studying. Read
Chapter 46 and "Message To America" for those gifts of inner-standing. Study for yourself to show
yourself approved, so you will know because man does not know by being told.

Interesting is that those who claim to be Part and Partial don't even study the
American National Constitution, of which they are partial to, yet they say they
are Nationals. Nor do they enforce it, as they were instructed. Clearly, they are
confused about what they are parcel to and what they are partial to, or they
just do not know the difference. Instead they direct themselves by the Union
States Constitution, which showers color-of-law over anyone who is a member /
citizen of it, as they are quasi-national domiciles and venues - not National
domiciles for Nationals. As well, those who are so-called vanguards of the
Moorish nation, absolutely ignore the geographic boundaries of the Nation, Al
Moroc / Northwest Amexem / Northwest Africa/ North America, the ancestral
estate of which they are parcel to by heritage. These geographical boundaries
are made CLEAR in Chapter 47 for their reference and as their divine
instructions. Go figure.

contracts via commercial registry. Proclaiming is 'Nunc Pro Tunc' and by doing so, you acknowledge that

to commerce. If you think so, you are absolutely NOT studied, or are concentrating your studies

Police Charged With Theft of Towed Automobiles! Towing your property without just
compensation is a violation of your substantive rights in conjunction with Article IV of the American
Constitution 1790 -1791, of which supercedes any State Statutes or the colluding DMV statutes established
ONLY for those who are doing commerce (driving) in the first place. That means they (driving statutes)
are for those who are 'drivers and 'driving', as opposed to 'traveler's who are 'traveling' upon the highways
and the by-ways. HOWEVER, since the people have not known this, as they (we) suffer from a lack of
knowledge, and have allowed these types of infractions, it became very lucrative for 'other citizens' to 'rob'
the peoples' liberties. Thus, they devised colluding plans disguised as law, that seem to be complexed on
the surface. With that, they not only confiscated your property under statutes that are NOT law!; they
established a daily charge for 'storage' of your property, and a certain time frame (usually 21 days) to pay
to get your property out of the tow pound. All of this was done in a violating spirit and intent of theft in the
first instance, in the first degree (meaning with intent). On the surface, and with the people having a lack of
knowledge, and not knowing that public servants and any institutions serving the public, i.e. any government
entitiy or establishment, cannot make up, create or join alliances with any other agency or establishment,
that devises ways to extort the people. Therefore, it was easy for those with a thieving mind set and intent,
to take the unjust advantage (in this case of towing and selling automobiles) with the reasonable chance the
automobile would not be picked up from the tow pound, and therefore would go to their auction (after 21
days). THEY ARE NOT JUST BREAKING THE LAW -- THEY ARE STRAIGHT UP THIEVES!! against the
people's trust, of which they are in position as public servants and Trustees, to protect. Obviously they are
not Public Servants or Trustees and they are 'Impersonating and Officer and you will find them in the Court
room 'Impersonating an Officer of the Court. We know what they are, and who they are......they are
'Highwaymen' hired by local municipalities and States as "State Troopers the Highway Patrol, of which the
Mayor of the Town and the Governor of the respective State corporation is RESPONSIBLE for the actions of
those they hired and conspire with to molest the people:
Highwayman: A bandit; one who robs travelers upon the highway.

refer to them as a 'guest' to keep out of the jargon or 'right words' of a colorable jurisdiction. Therefore, if
you are NOT engaging in 'driving' / commerce / trafficking (of goods and passsengers), then you are NOT
subject to the codes of same and there is no need and no lawful cause or effect to arrrest you -- the
'traveler'. This is very simple, so simple that it apears to be complexed. However, you (we) must make the
distinction and do it collectively, as we collectively gain this overstanding of what is what, and who is
who! People, wake up to retain your liberties, as the ability to travel freely is the definition of liberty in its
most strictest sense. Any institution, or representative / agent of an agency or 'government', 'Public Servant'
or honorable Officer of any Court, would not take advantage of the people. In doing so they violate the law
and their obligation to uphold the law and the trust of the people. If the people don't start exercising their
substantive, unlienable / inalienable rights of birth, they can expect more of same ---Theft of their
Liberties, which includes their property!!!

The Real I.D. 'Act' ??

The Corporation ‘UNITED STATES’ (U.S. / U.S.A ) work to establish a Nationality,
while defying the Nationality of Natural, flesh and blood beings.

The Real I.D. is an attestament to how much we need to study and how very, very, very,
important it is for us to be united in the knowledge of our Status and the FACT that we are NOT

Municipal Corporation established in 1871 (10 years after Congress walked out in Sine Die).
Whenever you hear the term “the Laws of the United States”, it is referring to the Treaty or
Treaties entered into prior to the establishment of the original “United States of America” or
“Union States” and the American Constitution of 1791. It is NOT talking about the Municipal
Corporation styled as the UNITED STATES inclusive of the acronyms U.S. and U.S.A. (1871).
The Real I.D. ‘Act’ is for those who are members / citizens of same. Just because they
established (for themselves) a municipal corporation, with their own policies, ordinances and
statutes, and private corporate constitution, no where, no way, does it mean you are to abandon
the Law of the Land, or the enforcement the Law of the Land - the American Constitution. This
is where the need of study falls directly upon us and because of any failure to study, we suffer

FOR EXAMPLE: In the real I.D. ‘Act’ in Section 201, it gives the definition of the drivers
license and says it is pursuant to the defines of the drivers license as scribed in USC Title 49
Section 30301. When you read that section in USC Title 49, it clearly says the drivers license is
for COMMERCIAL USE ONLY!!!. So, they are not talking about your ‘Right To Travel’, but
then neither are most of the people, talking about or rather exercising that Absolute and
Substantive Right. If the people are not aware, and they think they need the commercial drivers’
instrument to travel upon the land, then they fall for the trickery and deceit in plain sight,
therefore it is not really hidden. It is such that if one has not studied, they themselves will think
it applies to them, when it DOES NOT!!! .......

The distortion is to TAKE AWAY the path to your divine right and illustrious estate, so they can live off of it, just like

including law enforcement officers, who unlawfuly enter your home or your personal body.

sworn affidavit attached to it and it must be signed with a raised seal by an Article III Judge, as that is
the ONLY Judge. Magistrates of ministerial and administrative courts are not judges. This then, puts a
different light on those DYFS or family service agencies and agents who come to your home feigning as
government (Public Officials) and as if they have authority over you. Maybe that is why in some instances
they come with a SWAT team to take your children, which is kidnapping in every sense of the word, as
they have no jurisdictional authority to come in the first place. Police are agents and police departments are
an agency, and they are NOT a government agency, therefore their actions must be within the bounds of
Law, they are not to violate the rights of the people or they can be held accountable and you can protect
another citizen if you witness them (policemen) using excessive force or otherwise violating the rights of

Traffic Court Erred in Admitting Photo From

This is priceless especially with all the new ways being devised to entrap the People. The
Petitioner, Khaled, goes to court for an alleged traffic infraction. In court they produced a photo
copy intending to use it as evidence that Khaled did in fact violate an alleged traffic
infraction. Khaled objects, the magistrate overrules and proceeds. Khaled takes it to a higher
court where they overturn and declare that the traffic court "erred".

The judgment: "no police officer witnessed the alleged traffic violation".

Interesting. How is it interesting, you may ask? Khaled objects because it violated his
"confrontation right". "Confrontation right" is your right to face your accuser (Amendment
VI), of which one can never face their accuser if the accuser is a "traffic camera".!!! When did
traffic cameras become police officers???

Another point that is missed here is - where in the United States Republic Constitution/and all
State and Commonwealth Constitutions are "police officers" authorized? Keep in mind that to
use the term "officer" in fact means you are an elected government public servant. Key word
- being "elected". The only officer authorized in all organic Constitutions are Sheriffs. The
sheriffs only job is to protect the People even against corrupt magistrates, judges, and/or
government public servants. If the sheriff does not protect the People, He no longer functions as
a Sheriff.

FACT: Whenever any government public servant does not preserve, protect, secure the rights of
the People, they no longer function as government public servant. Instead they become private

MANDATORY HEALTH INSURANCE RULED UNCONSTITUTIONAL

More GROUNDBREAKING Law. Mandatory Health Insurance has been ruled Unconstitutional – ISLAM!!!!
This ruling is of great significance and impact to the awakening of the people. Considerations may also be
pondered upon in regards to the people’s private choice of health care maintenance, ie. natural preventative
herbs and cures.
Under The United States Republic’s Constitutional system of Government and upon the
individuality and intelligence of the citizen, the state does not claim to control one’s conduct to
others, leaving one the sole judge as to all that affects oneself. Mugler v. Kansas 123 US
623, 659 – 60:
Many have mandatory insurance on their personal property (automobile), which is fraudulently classified as
a motor vehicle, so that it is classified as being operated by a ‘driver’. A Driver is one who is hired for
commerce. That is not what you are doing when you go to the store, to visit a friend, etc. However, our
point is if mandatory health insurance is unconstitutional, so is mandatory automobile insurance!!!

This is not a new thought or new idea. Rulings have already been made regarding ones right to travel in
their automobile, or whatever method of conveyance.
"The right of the citizen to travel upon the public highways and to transport his property
thereon, either by carriage or by automobile, is not a mere privilege which a city may
prohibit or permit at will, but a common law right which he has under the right to life, liberty,
and the pursuit of happiness." Thompson v. Smith, 154 SE 579.
The ‘Right to Travel’ is a substantive, common right and it cannot be converted into a privilege,
or a crime. It cannot be licensed, nor can a fee be attached to it, and lack of tags, registration,
insurance, etc., are not arrestable offenses.
“No state shall convert a liberty into a privilege, license it, and attach a fee to it.” Murdock v.
Penn., 319 US 105
“If the state converts a liberty into a privilege, the citizen can engage in the right with
impunity.” Shuttlesworth v. Birmingham, 373 US 262
Traveling in an automobile on the public roads was not a threat to the public safety
or health and constituted no hazard to the public, and such a traveler owed nothing
more than “due care” (as regards to tort for negligence) to the public and the owner
owed no other duty to the public (eg. State), he / she and his / her auto, having
equal rights to and on the roadways / highways as horses and wagons, etc.; this
same right is still substantive rule, in that speeding, running stop signs, traveling
without license plates, or registration are not threats to the public safety, and thus,
are not arrestable offenses. Christy v. Elliot, 216 I 131, 74 HE 1035, LRA NS
1905 – 1910: California v. Farley 98 CED Rpt. 89, 20 CA 3d 1032 (1971).
Your obligation is to operate with ‘due care’ in regards to others, to be liable for any
damage (torts) made by you to others, to live in the pursuit of happiness, and to never, ever,
ever waive any of your Rights. Become Law abiders and enforce the supreme law of the
land, as it protects, secures and preserves substantive, common rights – birth rights. Be
sure to enforce it against anyone who violates it against you.

Mandatory Health Insurance is unconstitutional and mandatory automobile insurance is
also unconstitutional. We must know the difference between a Right and an administrative
process, that feigns as being Law, when it is not law, and it does not have pertinence, or
lawful validity.

Review of Ground Breaking Supreme Court Ruling
Bond vs. United States

Attached below in a PDF format, is a new ruling from the Supreme Court affirming Amendment
#9 and #10. It appears the Supreme Court affirmed on June 16, 2011, that any legislature past,
present, and future, that is in opposition to the Constitutionally secured rights of the People is
null and void. In light of this Ruling, it appears many cases of the past are now in the process of
being overturned.
The case is absolutely interesting, in review of it you will find the following:
A corporation, Tennessee Electric, is referenced as having Constitutionally secured rights per the
10th amendment. Clearly Tennessee Electric is a 14th amendment citizen.

Comparing this 14th amendment citizen case to a human being -- Carol Ann Bond, is primae
facie evidence of Treason.
.
How can an inanimate object (Tennessee Electric) have Constitutional rights? What human body
was it birthed from? Birthed is not to be confused with berthed, which is admiralty and applies
to vessels on the high seas (ocean) only.
"Bond who is classified as a native of Barbados does not appear to have a Nationality therefore
would be classed as a 14th amendment citizen, i.e. U.S. Citizen. She may have become a citizen
of the U.S., which required the taking of an Oath, thereby making her an officer (property) of the
Corporate United States of America, which is why the two are being used as an example
together."

The argument also looks to assert that only the state, a corporation, can be sovereign and not the
People. In addition, it asserts that the (corporate) state is sovereign, and only the state can bring
in motions/arguments in support of constitutional violations.

When did the "state", which is the People, and derives its power from the People, ever have
powers greater than the People? Where is that written in the United States Republic
Constitution?

Another interesting question: If there are no People, is there a State?

The following is the definition of 'state' to make clear as to what the United States Republic
Constitution is protecting:
State: - A “state” is simply a political organization or association of people with like
minds.
State: A people permanently occupying a fixed territory bound together by

common-law, habit and custom into one body politic exercising, through the
medium of an organized government, independent sovereignty and control over all
persons and things within its boundaries, capable of making war and peace and of
entering into international relations with other communities of the globe. United
States v. Kusche, d.C. Cal., 56 F.Supp. 201 207, 208.
The Constitution is the 'common law' that all are bound to. When reading Amendment #9 and
#10, the powers vested and reserved IS the People, never is it a corporate entity. The United
States Republic Constitution was drafted to protect the People from all corporations including
the government, state and federal. In fact the United States Republic Constitution only
authorizes one corporation to exist, therefore all other corporations in existence are in violation
of treason!!! .
The end result is simply reaffirmation that the federal and state government do not have any
authority to abrogate the rights, (birth rights) of the People.
