 (TPD/Gangs: Det. L. Contreras) Reference TPD Inc# 0810130398, regarding the
homicide of ROY FIERROS at Circle K by JESUS GARCIA, the individual JOSE
URIBE was arrested as the driver and charged with Felony Fleeing, various Burglary
charges (for having run into homes), and Hindering Prosecution.
During trial last week, URIBE was tried in absentia. He is currently under warrant
status as he has fled into Mexico.
 (APO/West – IPS: M. Echavarry) Passing around photographs of graffiti taken this
week in T2. In the area of OP, TMK and OP are having a graffiti war, tagging
everywhere, up and down every single street. Also, lots of graffiti in the 700 block of
West Thurber.
In T4, a wall on Sears, in Park Mall, was hit hard with graffiti.
In T3, East Presidio was tagged.
 (APO/West – IPS: M. Echavarry) Driving by PEDRIN’s house, couple nights ago,
saw an 1980’s Chevy Trail Blazer that used to always be parked in front of Dabba’s
house on Hualapai. It’s plate is AZ, AFC-0899. There were about five other cars
there, besides PEDRIN’S Jaguar.
 (AZDPS/GIITEM: Det. S. Vildusea) The state of Illinois has advised that gang
members there are using Firefighter and Law Enforcement memorial plates on their
vehicles in an attempt to discourage Law Enforcement contact. For your
information, this could be a trend, or an indication of a trend to come.
 (AZDPS/GIITEM: Det. S. Vildusea) TMK did some extensive tagging in the area of
Thornydale between Ina and Magee. Signs and walls were damaged.
 (AZDPS/GIITEM: Det. S. Vildusea) Word has it that many “thuggish looking” guys
are hanging around Adrian’s Barber Shop, at S Midvale Park Road / W Valencia
Road. A source indicates that the conversation inside is always about guns and
drugs, etc.
There is a good deal of Blood activity there, lots of people wearing red.

Raceway, on Houghton Road, the Huns are sponsoring the seventh annual “Heat

at this event.

CASES:
 (TPD/Gangs: Det. D. Musick) Reference TPD Inc# 0906140141, was called out to
6710 E Golf Links. There were several 911 calls that shots were being fired and
people were running around the complex with guns. Officers found victim ADEL
GREEN’S apartment with a shotgun blast through the sliding glass door at the back
of her apartment.
The suspect who fired the shot is, allegedly, SCOTT STEVEN JORDAN, who is
recently moved to Tucson from Atlanta after he got out of prison.
Apparently, there was a party in GREEN’S apartment. JORDAN called one of
the guests “Cuz”, the guest, a Western Hills Blood member, took offense to it, an
argument ensued, and it escalated. JORDAN went back to his apartment. Western
Hills members threw rocks through his windows so he grabbed a shotgun from under
his bed, went back to the apartment, and fired into the glass door.
JORDAN was arrested for Aggravated Assault and Discharging a Firearm at an
Occupied Structure. Who the involved Western Hills members were is still under
investigation.
 (TPD/ T2 - CIO: Ofcr. D. Corrado) Reference TPD Inc# 0906150720, Officers
responded to 127 W Drachman #105. They contacted MATHEU IBARRA
(dob:01/19/94), who had a handgun in his waistband. He has been convicted once
before, as a juvenile. He was arrested and booked for Prohibited Possessor and
Theft. He claims 29th Street Crips. He has a Marana address but always seems to
be in T2.
 (PCJCC/JIPS: D. Lewis) He is on JIPS and there is a warrant out on him.

Meeting adjourned at 0943 hours
