AGENDA

I. A. Introduction: Familiarization of People under Haider Holding in order to mend


communication gap between all companies. As of today, there are 21 companies under Haider
Holding.

B. Self-Assessment: Employees are asked to rate their performance from 1 (being the lowest)
and 10 (Highest).

II. Annual Leave Forecast: All accounts staff should pass their Annual Leave schedule and
mention the person he/she will turnover all his works within the week or they will not be
allowed to go on annual leave. Employees may consult Mr. Brian regarding the turnover of
works.

III. Deadline of Audited Financial Statement will be end of February.


 Proposition for 3 hours overtime during the Taxation Period. (Sun, Mon and Wed
only) But Overtime should be related to backlogs and not to unfinished day-to-day
works. Not mandatory if employees can finish their backlogs on time.
 All confirmations must be sent to the banks, suppliers and customers within this
week. (with or without confirmation)

IV. STAFF CONCERNS: Company Related Issues
 Increments: still subject for approval. However, propositions for Yearly Performance
Evaluation has been raised by Atty. Wael Saraia (Legal Affairs Officer)
 Accountant/Employee of the Month will be requested; basis for request for
increment.
 Al Haj & AHIT: Logistics & Inventory problems.

 Al Qatariya Showroom: Inadequate Manpower. Requires at least (1) Accounts


Assistant.
 Al Qatariya: Acceptance of Partial payment will no longer be allowed.

 Al Sultan Beach Resort: Improve policies for attendance, change day-off and
tardiness (Late).
 Regarding Focus: No issues raised.

 1HR LUNCH BREAK – permission to go out during break is required.

SB Accts. Dept: 12:30-1:30pm *but accounts staff should not eat at the same time.
Because some tenants may come during the break.

AQ : Not fixed *Should set fixed lunch break.
