AGREEMENT

Entered upon by and between;

WESTMEAD INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, represented by Prof. Rosana B. De Chavez

and;

Nilda Varrey

THIS AGREEMENT made on the 27th day of November in the year two thousand
and seventeen .

by and between,

Westmead International School

Alangilan, Batangas City, represented by: Prof. Rosana B. De Chavez

hereinafter called the "First Party"

and

Myreen Enterprises, represented by: Antonio H. Dimaano

hereinafter called the "Second Party"

WITNESSETH: that the First Party and the Second Party undertake and agree as follows:

ARTICLE A-1 THE WORK AND PAYMENT

The First Party shall:

(a) Perform the payment of Php199,500 to the Second Party for the service agreed upon,
the printing of the Westmead International School 11 th year founding anniversary
official shirt.
(b) Wherein the initial down payment in the amount of 80,000 shall be given on the
commencement of the work on the 27th day of November, 2017.
(c) The subsequent payment in the amount of Php 40,000 shall be given on/before the 5th
day of December, 2017 upon the delivery of the first batch of shirts.
(d) The remaining payment shall be made upon the completion of the delivery on/before
December 8, 2017.

The Second Party shall:

(a) Perform all the work required and prescribed in the Contract Documents for
Westmead 11th year Founding Anniversary Celebration Shirt which have been signed
in triplicate by both parties,
(b) Do and fulfil the stipulations indicated and subscribed by this Agreement, and
(c) Commence the Work by the 27th day of November, 2017. The first delivery of the unit
shall be delivered on the 5th day of December, 2017 and perform the completion of the
delivery on the 8th day of December, 2017 upon completion of the payment.
