Pre-Construction Survey Prior to any site construction activity, CPP will take over and check from Reliance all the available {additional) information concerning route, topographical, soil, hydrological and cimatologically surveys. The CPP personnel shall familiarize themselves with the construction drawings, technical requirements and specifications. CPP shall locate and/or reestablish and mark the pipeline C/L, benchmarks, turning points & all buried facillies by field survey prior to commencing any construction related activity Any discrepancies discovered during or after the take over and study of the documents will be notified to the Engineer in Charge. In general, pipeline C/L will be at 5+25 m within ROU or as agreed by Reliance and CPP. ‘After checking the alignment sheets and site conditions CPP wil finalize the centre it intends to follow. In case they intend to change the centre line, same shall be requested with a “SER" (Site Engineering Request), which shall be approved by Spread Manager. Work shall proceed on approval “SER”. The changes shall be incorporated in “As Built Drawing’. Any land required for temporary works shall be arranged by CPP. A drawing/Field Sketch showing the requirement shall be submitted to Reliance for information/Record, CPP will only work or proceed with approved for construction drawings. All rerouting shall be approved by Owner prior to start of job. 3. Survey and Setting Out PP will take over and check the existing markers and reference points and will report any discrepancy to the Engineer in Charge.
