I, Xiomara A. Rodriguez, US Citizen, would like to invite, Mrs. Carolina Evangelina Muñoz De

Rodriguez, Dominican Republic´s Citizen with her valid permanent residency in Calle

Horacio Blanco Fombona No. 17, Ens. La Fe, Residential Santo Domingo la Fe, D1, Santo

Domingo, National District, Dominican Republic (valid passport #RD4519866) to visit the

US for visit me and also for tourism purpose in my home in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She

will be staying with me at my home at the above-mentioned address for two (2) weeks.

During her stay in the United States, I will bear all responsibilities including, but not limited

to, financial responsibilities, return air ticket fare from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic to

the United States and back, travel expenses within the USA, medical insurance, housing and

food. I will personally make sure that she leaves United States before the expiration of her

authorized stay. I will also personally make sure that she will not become a public change on

the part of United States government.
