Supply Offer

Dear Sir,

Please find below our offer for the supply of 4 legs angular lattice telecommunication towers:

1. SCOPE OF WORK

Fabrication : Manufacturing, hot dip galvanizing of Lattice Tower and accessories

according to our standard practice including accessories like bolts, nuts
and washers.

Delivery : Delivery term is EXW Ankara, Turkey and CIF Bahrain.

2. TIME SCHEDULE

Delivery : Delivery schedule will be agreed mutually. Delivery time is 4-5 weeks of
fabrication (not including transport time to Bahrain) after receipt of advance payment. Transit
time is 27-29 days.

3. TERMS OF PAYMENT

Partial progress payments will be as follows:

a/ 30% (thirty percent ) of the total Contract value as advanced payment upon the PO.

b/ 70% ( seventy percent ) as balanced payment before shipment of material from factory.

4. PRICES

 Please refer to the enclosed “Price List-9064” document for price details.

 Towers are designed in accordance with TIA-EIA-222-G and AISC.

 Steel grades are S235JR and S355JR in accordance with the EN10025, bolts are
grade 8.8 in accordance with the ISO898/1.

 Dimensions and tolerances for angles are according to EN10056-1/2 for plates
according to EN10029 for channels according to EN10034.

 Hot dip galvanization is in accordance with either ENISO 1461 or ASTM A123.

5. PACKING

Packing will be according to our standard method packing for overseas transport.

6. VALIDITY

This offer is valid for 30 days from the date of offer.
