Name

The name of this company is PT Petrokimia Gresik. PT Petrokimia Gresik is the most
complete fertilizer company in Indonesia, which was initially established under the name
'Project of Petrokimia Surabaya'.

Establishment

The construction agreement was mutually signed on August 10th, 1964 with the effective
date on December 8th, 1964. The project was officially inaugurated by His Excellency The
President of The Republic of Indonesia on July 10th, 1972. Hence the date is ultimately
commemorated as the anniversary of PT Petrokimia Gresik.

Location of PT Petrokimia Gresik is at Jl. Jenderal Ahmad Yani – Gresik.

Organizationnal Structure

Now, President Director is Mr. Nugroho Christijanto. The Technical and Development
Director is Mr. Arif Fauzan. The Production Director is Mr. I Ketut Rusnaya. The Finance
Director is Mr. Pardiman. The Marketing Director is Mr. Meinu Sadariyo. And the HR &
General Affairs Director is Mr. Rahmad Pribadi.

In 2016, number of employees based on current position is 6 Director, 30 Grade I, 77 Grade

II, 205 Grade III, 792 Grade IV, 990 Grade V, 1.036 Field Executor, and 19 Monthly Contract.
So totals of employees PT Petrokimia Gresik in 2016 is 3.155 employees.

Products

PT Petrokimia Gresik produces 2 types of product. 2 types of products are fertilizers and
non-fertilizer. Various production of fertilizer from PT Petrokimia Gresik are Urea fertilizer,
Phosphate fertilizer, ZA Fertilizer, NPK Fertilizer, K2SO4 (ZK) Fertilizer, and Petroganik
Fertilizer. And various production of non-fertilizer are Ammonia, Sulfuric Acid, Phosphoric
Acid, Cement Retarder, Aluminum Fluoride, and Purified Gypsum. Total capacity of products
in PT Petrokimia Gresik is 7.707.600 Tons/Year. PT Petrokimia Gresik has 25 plant to
manufacture its products, 16 plant to manufacture fertilizer and 9 plant to manufacture non-
fertilizer.
