A person that:
Is number oriented.
Is computer literate.
Has a strong desire to learn.
Has the desire to be a Black Belt.
Knows the COPQ rationale for Six Sigma.
Has the ability to convert data to action goals.
Can lead a team in the application of the tools.
A background in basic mathematics and statistics.
Able to make a business case for Black Belt goals.
Able to develop detailed plans for achieving goals.
Demonstrated knowledge of control systems uses.
Can communicate the rationale for Black Belt goals.
Intimate knowledge of the process to be improved.
Is familiar with the basic principles of benchmarking.
Willingness to give and accept constructive feedback.
Knows how to quantify the value of customer retention.
Ability to grasp/demonstrate of basic probability concepts.
Knows how to find the different sigma levels of the process.
Has the ability to design, test, and analyze customer surveys.
Has the ability to lead a team in the completion of the project.
Have the ability to compute the break-even point for a project.
Knows how to analyze data from employee and customer surveys.
Knows the cost of poor quality associated with various sigma levels.
With 2 sets of data, determine a statistically significant between them.
Able to compute present value & future value for any or and/or n periods.
Determine the particular method that should be used for project analysis.
Demonstrate the ability to identify measurement scales of various metrics.
