All ovens, Quivers are calibrated & valid within 6 months from the date of
2 calibration.

3 All gas cylinders are having test certificate & purity certificates.

Applicable WPS is posted in the area, and the welder is aware of the
4 location and applicable WPS

5 Piping/pipe spools are checked for internal cleanliness prior to installation

Weld joints are properly identified and marked up with the joint details,
6 welder no, wps no, date, heat no etc.on the pipe.

Gasket installation, bolting material, tightening sequence, and tightening

7 process (i.e. torque, tension, or gasket crush) is executed in accordance with
procedures

8 Drawings available are latest & having controlled copies.
