 Preparing the Project Objectives by reviewing Project Plans and Proposals; conferring
with management.
 Developing the detailed Estimates, Costing and Drawings for Budget Preparations.
  Determines the Project Schedule by studying the Project Plan and Specifications,
Calculating the Project time and Determine Sequence of Order.

 Detail reporting, analyzing, and summarizing the Project Status to management and
Vendor Follow up.

 Reviewing the Design and Specifications and Schedule Changes recommending

Corrections as Per Site Condition.

 Controls the Projects Cost through approving the Expenditures.

 Co-ordinating the Various Teams to Complete the Project as per Schedule time.

 Preparing the Yearly Budget for Building Maintenance and Repairing Work for Entire
the 3 Units and Making Proper Execution and Through Proper Approvals.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

• Successfully completed the 1.62 Crore Civil Modification project by Estimated and
Execution By taking only 2 Days shut down within the Schedule Period.

• Successfully Completed 2 Crore Civil Expansion Project at Singavaram Plant with in

Scheduled Period.

• Completed the Project of Hygiene Block for Production Purpose valued 34 Lakhs in span of
3 Months at Vellalcheruvu Unit.

• Successfully completed Expansion Projects in Gandhavaram Unit Valued 78 Lakhs within 7

Months. i., e Buildings, C.C Roads, ETP’S Tanks and Compound Wall.

• Successfully completed 23 Lakhs Valued Project at Guntur Unit within 2 months Span.

• B.T Roads Project valued 10 Lakhs completed within 1 Month.
