calcium and vitamin.
Pros: Vegetable soups and salads are an important part of any diet.

a. It is rich in the antioxidants that remove harmful substances from the
body. It lowers cholesterol.

a- Good bacteria help to stimulate the digestive process and to absorb
nutrients. Bad bacteria can lead to illnesses.

It means that green tea is very important as it can treat everything from
