According to the author, personal and institutional racism has been attacking students in
academies and higher education. The author explains that this issue is a problem because due
to this racial problem sometimes students careers can be prejudiced due to the focus that
the majority has. The minority has been left out and has to work harder to obtain the results
of the majority. This racial issue is stating to get fixed by complains and showing that the
minority is as important as the minority.
