From the depths of my heart, the core of my being, I pray to you:

chi nang sangw barch ying su sol
Outer, inner and secret obstaclesdispel them into space,

samdn lhn gyi drubpar jingyi lob
And through your blessings, let all my aims and wishes be spontaneously fulfilled.
