Very good interaction with the students
Good eliciting of Saturday you made the student find the answer, well done

Relaxed and confident teaching

Focus for next lesson:

Assessing/checking during class time is very time-consuming. Can you think of another
way to do this?
Tighten up on classroom management and your transitions will be much better
Use routines to ensure classroom management raise hands/finger on mouth etc you
can model this for the students

Completed lesson plan for every lesson, printed and available to MST and MCT upon request
Ensure lesson plans have sufficient detail to secure effective delivery
Lesson plans are linked to long range and unit plans only EYFS to develop
Learning objectives are testable and directly linked to curriculum outcomes
Lesson plans have clear assessment which includes formative and/or summative activities
