The organizational structure of the business starts at the owner. In this part,
each of us, the members of the group will have his/her own managerial
responsibilities in managing the business. Unity and coordination is an important
component in this part. Moving on, the manager is Darvon Ortiz. He will lead
both the restaurant and also the fish farm. Kaye Ocampo, who is an assistant
manager, will help him in order to finish tasks effectively and efficiently. The
manager will lead the employees who are the security guard, waiter/waitress,
dishwasher, maintenance, fish farmer, and cashier (Khyle Eligio and Jeremae
Ann Carilla). The executive chef is in charge of the food. ArlynGapuz manages
the cooking team with the help of Rachel Villanueva (head cook) and Shiela
Aquino (assistant chef). The head cook will lead those who are under her which
is the cook 1 and cook 2.
