Read the text Dnde quieres estudiar? and answer the

questions below by stating whether the statements are true or false

Dnde quieres estudiar?

Estudiar en otro pas es muy interesante. Significa conocer otras

culturas y aprender otras lenguas, y esto es esencial en la
actualidad. Pero no todos los estudiantes quieren ir a los mismos
pases.

Segn la UNESCO, cerca de 2.500.000 jvenes estudian cada ao

en otro pas. El 70% se concentra en el oeste de Europa y en
Amrica del Norte. A Latinoamrica van slo unos 36. 000
estudiantes al ao, y el 66% de ellos son latinoamericanos.

Los pases que reciben ms estudiantes son: primero Estados

Unidos, el 23,3%; en segundo lugar, el Reino Unido (12,2%); el
tercero es Alemania (10,6%) y el cuarto, Francia (9,7%). Los
estudiantes que ms viajan a otro pas para estudiar son los chinos
(14%), despus los indios (5%), y en tercer lugar los coreanos
(3,9%), seguidos por los japoneses (2,5%) y los alemanes (2,3%).

En cuanto a las preferencias, los estudiantes africanos viajan a las

antiguas capitales europeas (Londres, Pars,.); los de Europa del
Este prefieren Alemania; los de Corea, China y la India van a los
Estados Unidos y los estudiantes de Asia Central, a Rusia.
