business in order to scale the model and expedite growth into new markets. On 11/28/2017, a
monumental step forward was taken with the signing of a Master Franchise Agreement for the country of
Turkey to bring the Avendelle brand to that part of the world.

Avendelle in Turkey
The Turkish master franchisees in Turkey bring significant experience and background to the Avendelle
brand. The organization purchasing the Master Franchise rights is an experienced and professional
construction company with background in residential property development. The increasing number of
seniors and those needing care has pushed the group to invest heavily in retirement and senior service
homes throughout the country of Turkey. The Turkish company saw value in what Avendelle had
developed in a complete business system, operating model and a brand that stood for high quality service
and a dedication to the senior residents they served. The initial development will consist of a 500 home
Avendelle development in Turkey which will be comprised of mix use homes for both retirement and
senior living facilities. The homes are set to begin construction in Turkey in January 2018. Mr. Terry
Hubbard and Bill Bunting, executives from the Avendelle franchise worked with Chris Conner and
Franchise Marketing Systems to finalize the Master Franchise Agreement for Turkey.

The Resident-Focused Service Model

Avendelle Senior Homes was founded with a mission to provide a home-like environment for all seniors
and a cozy, resident-centric service model. The Avendelle brand deliberately avoided the institutional-like
feel which is synonymous with senior living facilities today. The Avendelle model looks, feels and acts
like a residential home meaning more intimate settings for residents, better care and ultimately a better
quality of life for the residents. The homes are located in safe, clean and friendly neighborhoods allowing
for families to visit freely and feel comfortable that loved ones are taken care of. There are different types
of homes for seniors to match their preferences and special needs. Each home consists of six to eight
residents to ensure that each senior is getting the attention they need from their caregivers. The ratio of
seniors to caregivers is approximately 1:3-5 allowing for care to be tailored to meet each individual's
needs. Each resident receives 24-hour personalized care and supervision, medication administration and
supervision. Having a small number of residents per home is also in line with creating an intimate home
where seniors can feel valued. Seniors have the chance to build valuable relationships in these settings.

Residents are not bound by the home's timetable and can have their own daily schedule. There is a wide
range of meals to choose from. Avendelle homes also have indoor and outdoor common areas for
