Reflection

My company will be a social skills company for children with special needs. Children

will be divided into groups that are age-appropriate and functioning level appropriate. Each

group will be staffed with a 3:1 ratio. There will be no more than 6 students in a group. In my

company, I believe that it is important for employees to feel supported and motivated if one

wants to have a successful business. My company will be a social skills company for children

with special needs. Children will be divided into groups that are age-appropriate and functioning

level appropriate. Each group will be staffed with a 3:1 ratio. There will be no more than 6

students in a group. I believe that this can start in staff meetings. Each meeting will have the

same structure. Each employee will be given a chance to share things that they use in their

groups in order to help other coaches with new ideas. Staff will also be provided with fun

activities and incentives for attending meetings each month. These meetings are put in place to

help relieve some of the stress in the workplace that comes with working with children with

special needs. It aims to do this by providing new activities, tools, and ideas that can be used in

groups in the future. This provides a more stress-free environment for the children and within the

companys community. My company will also aim to provide employees with ample new

education, support and techniques that will lead to a more productive and fun work environment.
