Cause

Workaround

1. Di able Show shadow border and Activate animated focus hen ing he SAP Signa e Theme.

When disabling these features, the SAP GUI uses considerabl less GDI resources. This might improve responsiveness
of the GUI and might resolve displa problems.

This can also be achieved b defining these registr ke s (REG_DEWORD) and giving them the value 0:

2. The SAP GUI 7.20 can be configured to use different themes, such as the Enjo Theme or the Classic Theme.
These themes are using less s stem resources. Administrators should test the most appropriate theme for their
environment based on user preferences and resource allocation.

SAP GUI 7.20 is supported on XenApp 5.0 on Windows Server 2003 and 2008.

SAP GUI 7.20 Patch level 5 and later is supported on XenApp 6.0. CTX126941 Slow Performance in Published SAP GUI
7.20 Application Session Running on XenApp 6
