Social networks have gained an important role in the lives of young people, as millions have
profiles on these virtual communities.

or even ask the opinion of people on a specific topic.

world specializing in the control of this disorder, which is considered as a social problem that
affects about 40% of the" Internet "users major virtual networks, "explains Dr. Federico

Social networks

With the use of social networks we have the ability to interact with others, but not the know,
the system is open and is being built obviously with what each subscriber to the network
provides. The networks have a number of very simple technological tools to use and allow the
creation of communities of people in a dynamic and communicative exchange is established.

Social networks have produced big impact as a form of communication, because the
technological sciences, always seeking to innovate and keep pace with the demands of the
collective. Communication through social networks, is broader because use it as a hobby by
creating a very simple convergent space in which we express our knowledge, feelings,
emotions, among others.

For all of these reasons it is that today this phenomenon called "social networking" is
becoming an addiction for most users who frequent these networks.
Addiction is a psychological dependence on a specific thing that grows into something
"central" to the person who suffers and ends up disrupting her personality.

produces an upset leave.

People who surf too long on the Internet tend to suffer from this addiction.

Here are some symptoms that people who are affected by this addiction:

Among other negative aspects of the enormous amount of time wasted to be aware of the
online activity of friends and begin to have a total detachment from their families spend most
of the day to social networks were reported in the forum.

Some of the signals that parents should pay attention and they can talk that there is already an
addiction to the Internet and social networks are: young people begin to stop doing their
schoolwork, get anxious if they spend many hours away from computer or have insomnia,
fatigue and tiredness for use.

Most used social networks:

Facebook and twitter have a lot of users that are considered the most successful social
networks today.

But Facebook is the undisputed world leader, because it offers its users to connect with friends
or build new friendships, as to become "friends" on Facebook both users can view their
content. It is a news page that may contain personal issues, birthday greetings, gossip about
changes in emotional states, photos, publications about events and parties.

For this reason Facebook currently has 500 million users, because every day new users prefer
Facebook over other social networks are added.

Advantage:

Social networks are here to stay and you can serve a lot to create professional contacts,
business and profitable relationships.

The rules of the game of Internet marketing have evolved. This "hooks" people with their
ease of communication and something key to advertising is to be where people are present,

Disadvantages

There is the possibility of falling into the dependencies of these social networks.

The loss of privacy is a major drawback of these blogs, because we fall "publish" about
personal matters in which anyone could see them. This can become a serious problem of
identity theft or defamation.

displayed.

different social networks.

The social network is only found on the internet and is difficult to live socially as it should be.

Recommendations

According to research we have compiled a list of a series of measures to counter this problem
is increasing.

It is necessary that in schools the pros and cons of using social networks on the Internet are
taught, and the creation of support groups for people who recognize pathological behaviors
derived from the constant use of sites like Facebook, MySpace and Twitter .

Likewise, the ability to create tools to disable the network connectivity by default to
eventually help combat addiction to social networks mentioned periods.

Despite this, the renowned panelists claimed that, in a more general perspective, social
networks are the "social good" of the Internet, and that over time will emerge a kind of
Darwinisimo that will guide this new phenomenon was a balance .

He also stressed that as part of the solution to this problem, we must work with parents, as
many of them as well as part of their work or their personal relationships too interact through
computers.

Conclution

After completing this work with a deep analysis of researched information above, it could
come to this conclusion: social networks are here to facilitate communication with society,
enrich our cultures with communication to different parts of the world and likewise eliminate
long distances with our relatives or acquaintances, giving them a good use of these social
networks have not come to this great problem of dependence on social networks presented
today in society gradually.

Even you can not give a final diagnosis this "mental" event that takes over the company
connected to the network, but could not relate even with the term addiction but as
dependence on social networks.

Professor of Clinical Psychology at the University of the Basque Country (Madrid), Enrique
Echebura, "he warns that the abnormal use of the Internet can create addiction and
recommends that the network connection is not prolonged more than two hours a day".

With the research we have done we can realize q society does not heed this warning, for this
reason in our present time there are a lot of users who do not limit the use of social networks.
