You are going to complain about

Dear Sr.

Please accept this email as a formal apology from the company. We regret the inconveniences
originate by the cell phone. We believe the situation resulted from a problem that involved our
providers, nevertheless we are going to be responsible of it. We offer you to send back the cellphone
so we are going to send another cellphone with the correct color.
