(B) ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA - TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS VENDOR RESPONSE / COMMENTS

B1 VENDOR SHOULD HAVE THE MACHINES FOR WHICH HE IS QUOTING FOR HOURLY RATES. THE YEAR OF MANUFACTURE OF THE
MACHINE SHOULD BE 1990 OR LATER.
(C) ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA - COMMERCIAL REQUIREMENTS VENDOR RESPONSE / COMMENTS

C1 VENDOR SHOULD HAVE ACHIEVED AN AVERAGE TURNOVER OF RS:2.00 CRS. DURING LAST 3 YEARS.

D1 Mode of operating the machine hour Once the machine Hour Rates for each machine are finalised through this tender, the
rates machining rates for the items will be finalised based on these machine hour rates and the
machining time required for the item as per BHEL Technology process sheet.

D2 Bank guarantee towards value of BHEL In the event of placement of order, vendor is required to furnish a bank guarantee amounting
material. to 5% of the value of the material being sent. The format of the bank guarantee indicating the
amount, the validity period and other terms shall be sent before sending of the material. The
material will be dispatched after submission of bank guarantee.

D3 INSPECTION Inspection will be carried out by BHEL or any third party agency nominated by BHEL. In the
event of placement of order, detailed QAP has to be submitted to the vendor.

D4 VALIDITY - The machine hour rates should be valid for 2 years from the date of technical bid opening.
