Service Desk on identifying and reporting possible incidents.
Propose, design, and implement security solutions including firewalls, Identity management, and
configuration management.
Conduct and analyze vulnerability assessments in order to provide clear operation critical information
to upper management in regard to risk, risk posture, and Information Assurance.
Deployed Ansible configuration management solution across 4 enclaves in order to transition to
centralized administration which reduced administration time by 60%. This occurred while maintaining
compliance on several secure DOD enclaves.
vulnerability & compliance tools and processes, associated vulnerabilities, awareness of emerging
threats and attacks mapped to effective controls to include Antivirus, Security Patching Solutions, End
Point Encryption, Compliance State Monitoring, Scanning Solutions, and multiple event correlation /
analysis
Enforced database security by implementing constrained desktop environments and controlling views
based on job function and citizenship status; Standardized and automated desktop and server hardening
core tasks which enforced compliance to company IT security policies but also removed human error
and discrepancies from the baseline configurations; Conducted weekly scans in order to audit and
provide vulnerability assessments. Generated weekly reports stating ramifications of vulnerabilities
along risk with mitigation options and plans of action
Developed and implemented disaster recovery plan for critical systems including cross-training in
order to provide continuity due to loss of key personnel. Conducted weekly scans in order to audit and
provide vulnerability assessment; Generated weekly report stating ramifications of vulnerabilities
along with risk mitigation options and plans of action.
