AICTE- ISTE INDUCTION/ REFRESHER PROGRAMMES

PROFORMA (To be filled in by Training Coordinator)

General Application Procedure for ISTE Induction Program

1. Home Page:

- Click on left site link Register with ISTE" for Registration of institute with ISTE once
registered, you will be provided with Username & Password.
2. Register With ISTE:

- Enter the details of Institute Full Name, AICTE Institute Permanent ID No, Mobile Number,
Institute Email ID and Institute Address. Enter all this details properly then click on submit
button to register your institute with ISTE.

- After successful Registration Username and password will send on your registered Email ID.
3. Get AICTE Institute Application ID:
- To get AICTE Institute Application ID for registration click on left side link Get AICTE Institute Application ID.

- Select State and District to Get AICTE Institute Application ID

4. Login page:
- Enter username and password to login.

- After Successful login. Use left side link to fill up the details of induction program.

- Click on Program-1 Apply to fill the details.

5. ISTE Induction Program-1 Apply:

- Click on ISTE Induction Program-1 link to fill all necessary details for ISTE Induction Program-1 such
as Institute Details containing institute name, address, ISTE institutional membership number of
your institute, Details of the coordinator for program-1, Details of the programmes for program-1,
credentials of the coordinator for program-1, Credential of the Organizing Institute for program-1,
Credential of the Organizing Department for Program 1,Credentials of Programme,

Important Note:-
1. These programmes will be considered for a Career Advancement Scheme (CAS)/Promotion for teachers
2. The duration of the programme will be one week (working days 6).
3. Number of participants not less than 40 nos.
4. These programmes are for AICTE approved institutions only. 5. Funds once released/sanctioned for organizing the particular topic/area
of programme shall not be utilized for any other programme.
6. Feedback from the participants shall be obtained after the completion of the programme and shall be submitted with bills including
attendance record.
7. ISTE will charge Rs.1500/- as processing fee. The proposals will be accepted only if institute will pay the processing fee through
RTGS/NEFT.
8. Certificate will be issued only after receiving the proof of attendance and undertaking from Principal.
9. Participants should not be charged any registration fee.
- After fill all information check I agree check box and click on Submit button to save the
information.
6. Pay Fees for Program-1:
- To Pay Fees for Induction Program-1 click on Pay Fees for Program-1 link provided in left
side below the ISTE Induction Program-1 link. Fill Email ID, Mobile No, Billing Address and
Amount.

After click on submit it redirected to payment Gateway to pay fees.

7. Confirm Program-1:
- After paid fee of Program 1, you can confirm your program details using left side link i.e. Confirm
Program 1
8. Print for Program-1:
- Click on Print for program-1 link to get print of the ISTE induction program-1.

- After clicking on Print for program-1 you will get the details which you filled in induction
program 1.
9. ISTE Induction Program-2 Apply:
- Click on ISTE Induction Program-2 link to fill all necessary details for ISTE Induction Program-2 such
as Details of the coordinator for program-2, Details of the programmes for program-2, credentials of
the coordinator for program-2, Credential of the Organizing Institute for program-2, Credential of the
Organizing Department for Program 2, Credentials of Programme.

11. Confirm Program-2:
- After paid fee of Program 2, you can confirm your program details using left side link i.e. Confirm
Program 2
12. Print for Program-2:
- Click on Print for program-2 link to get print of the ISTE induction program-2.

- After clicking on Print for program-2 you will get the details which you filled in induction
program 2.
13. Change Password:

- User can change their current password by using change password link.
