This calendar in no way is a model for Alkaline Electric meals to eat.


Keep in mind my first 30 days of eating was very basic and simple.
Thats how I chose to eat. This was my second attempt
this year trying to eat only alkaline electric foods. I experienced
wonderful benefits that make me never want to revert back to eating
toxic foods. Even with this desire it may take many trys to correct
a lifetime of eating certain foods. I believe its worth it.

The letter are abbreviations for spring waters and meals

Foods in green were foods a part of my alkaline electric foods diet.
Food in parenthesis that are green and red, mean:
I didnt realize it didnt have seeds or it was prepared with the wrong ingredients.
Days with the green background were days I considered myself
successful.
Days with a pink background were days that I recommitted to get back on track as a result
of messing up.
