Precautions: Check weather before departure; Wear appropriate clothing for venue and proper footwear for
walking/activities.
LEGAL LIMITATIONS

Jaijai Travel and Tours may contract with independent contractors to provide transportation,
guide services and/or all other related travel services. We assume no responsibility, however caused, for
injury, loss or damage to person or property in connection with any service provided by an independent
contractor or resulting directly from the following: - acts of God - detention annoyance - terrorism - thefts
- pilferage - force majeure - civil disturbances - government restrictions or regulations - strikes - delays-
failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled - discrepancies or change in transit
or hotel services over which we have no control.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes in the itinerary where deemed advisable for the
comfort and wellbeing of trip members, or for unforeseen events. By advancing a deposit, the depositor
thereby agrees to be bound by the above terms and conditions.

Liability Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement

I acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in the travel and tour package. In so
doing, I acknowledge that I may be subjecting myself to dangers and hazards which could result in illness,
injury or death. I also acknowledge that there are inherent risks and dangers which may arise at any time
during the trip. I am aware that medical services or facilities might not be available while I am participating
in the trip.

In consideration of my being permitted to participate in the trip, I agree to assume all risks of
illness, injury or death and agree not to sue and to release from liability and indemnity Jaijai Travel and
Tours, their owners, officers, agents, contracted tour operators and employees and other persons or
entities involved with this trip, from all actions, claims or demands for injury, loss or damage regardless
of the cause resulting from my participation in the trip.

I agree to exercise all necessary caution during any instruction and on any trip and to obey the
safety requirements of those assisting me. I also agree to inform Jaijai Travel and Tours, the guides and
instructors of any significant aspects of my physical condition or medical history that might increase the
risk to myself or others. I understand that I (or my personal health, homeowners or accident insurance)
will cover any costs or other liabilities I may incur during the tour adventure, and I agree to be responsible
for any equipment loss or breakage due to my negligence or inattention.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ AND CONSIDERED THIS INFORMATION AND RELEASE and FULLY
UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT I AM RELEASING CERTAIN RIGHTS that I otherwise may
have and enter into this contract on behalf of myself and my family in consideration of being permitted
to participate in this adventure. I therefore totally and completely release and absolve indemnify Jaijai
Travel and Tours and any and all other guides, instructors and participants on this trip from any blame,
negligence, undue responsibility, or liability of any sort. I also give permission for any photographs taken
during this trip to be used by Circle Tours for any reason, and I agree that Jaijai Travel and Tours is not
responsible for loss or damage to my personal property or other valuables. I have read Jaijai Travel and
Tours policy agreement and understand and agree with those provisions.
