Enhancing the apprenticeship system is essential to building the skilled workforce Ontario
and increasing the number of certified tradesperson in the province is needed to compete
in todays economy. The Apprenticeship Enhancement Fund (AEF) enables Training
Delivery Agencies (TDA) approved to deliver apprenticeship training programs to have the
opportunity to acquire state-of-the-art equipment, update facilities, and support increased
apprenticeship completions.
