socialization during our training in educational area. It will take an average of 20 minutes to

Functions:

a. Answer: The departments is called pedagogical because deals with teaching issues.
b. Answer: The main function of Pedagogical area is as known part or division of the
school areas that aims to improve the practices of teachers in the continued formation
of the school. This area serves for the purpose of balancing, hierarchizing proposals
and pedagogical skills.

Membership:

a. Answer: The branches of school pedagogical department are: Cycle coordinators,


Class coordinators, Class Directors, Teachers, Students, and Parents and Guardians.
b. Answer: The Cycle coordinators as the name says coordinate all activities developed
in a group of grades, Class coordinators coordinate the activities a determined grade,
Class Directors lead the activities and issues of a single stream, Teachers with their
teaching activities, Students to learn, and Parents and Guardians to cooperates in the
school tasks.
c. Answer: The work is managed by the manager and each of them have their guidelines
which help them to focus on the task they are asked for and they also keep in
coordination with other instances.

Documentations:

a. Answer: The documents used in the school pedagogical area are: Statistics Maps,
Individual learner's process, Summary book, evaluation regulation, database records,
school manuals, and so on.
b. Answer: Indeed, are used in a proper occasion one different to another, but some of
them are used in the same time. For example, Statistics Maps are used at the end of a a
term to be recorded the students marks, Individual learner's process are handled at the
beginning of the year to registry purposes and during the end of each term to fill the
scores, Summary book to be used in the class to mark presences and absences,
evaluation regulation to update teacher with matters related to evaluation, database
records to keep records when evaluation is done, school manuals to help students and
teachers in their teaching and learning process.

School organization:

a. Answer: Well, the department of school organization is the school area which
provides for the effective, efficient and timely management of human resources and
school safety and security. It works with employees in all matters related to
employment, serves as the primary contact for all individuals considering employment
with the school.
b. Answer: The main function as the term says is to organize and direct staff.

Role of the school component:

a. Answer: Apart from me, there some people who work with me as for example:
Director, Deputy, Head of the Secretary, Secretary, servants and others.
b. Answer: Well, the director helps in some relevant issues which he is the fundamental
points like need of signature and so on, the Head of the Secretary to supply documents
when is needed and financial covering to the school needs, deputy helps to coordinate
the activities of teaching, etc.

Basic Documentations:

a. The considerable number of documents which the school organisational department


works with is: Assessment regulation, The School Development Plan, Salary Proofs,
General Regulation of Secondary Education, and so on.
a. The use of documents depends to the need of be handled since they have different
purposes, some of them to regulate such as Regulation of the General Statute of State
Employees and Agents and Codes for Criminal and Civil, others to update procedures
such as General Regulation of Secondary Education and others to justify expenditures
or incomes such as Salary Proofs.
b. The documents reach to the extended staff through the internal communications using
different ways, sometimes by fixing them on the secretary walls and other announced
during meetings.
Rationale

The selection of tools for the data collection was the fundamental step in our research process
and throughout out data collection we will administer the questionnaire personally as for
interview by using instruments such as papers, audio recorders and photo camera to enable us
to record as accurate way as possible all data for our research. By the end of the collection we
will reread, listen what we recorded and put the answers to the right position or category,
make a critical analysis of the validity of the data and lastly write the first draft of our
research report.
